Does anyone have a pic of the adjustment nut on the rack, I can't seem to find it?

The tube should be separate from the cable and re-useable. It won't come with the new cables. I bought the early type by mistake, when I needed the late one's. They are a different lengths and I think different ends. The early one's just pulled straight through the calliper! (from Motor factors) Early cable: 1624mm. To Vin No 50-S-000361 (round end) Late cable: 1616mm. From Vin No 50-S-000362 (bar end, I hope, hasn't turned up yet)

If it helps, Im sure I've seen a pin out for the beru coil pack on an old Vw vortex thread about swapping to msd coils. I'm sure you could also check the continuity from the loom plug to the spade outputs to though.

I just use an iPod lead to the centre cubby hole, was originally drivers side shelf for stealth. What would be the advantage of having a port over a lead?

Actually thinking about it, If you have spade terminals on the ICM you have a different make, is it a beru coil pack? Are the spade terminals on the top of the coil pack? If so they are probably connected in a different order. Got any pictures of your setup?

Right just to check the basics first. 1) is it definitely the same cool pack as in the pdf, Bosch part no 0221503002? 2) can you check the resistance of the coils? should be 12k ohm. 3) is the ICM known to be ok? 4) does the ICM have the same connection order at the spade terminals? 5) are the leads connected in the right order? VR6 lead 1 to coil pack terminal 4 VR6 lead 2 to coil pack terminal 5 VR6 lead 3 to coil pack terminal 6 VR6 lead 4 to coil pack terminal 3 VR6 lead 5 to coil pack terminal 2 VR6 lead 6 to coil pack terminal 1 6) can you get a spark from all or any of the spark plugs?

IMO I think these gaskets would give proven gains on a rolling road with minimal airflow esp on a turbo motor. Meanwhile in the real world, my manifold is always cool to the touch after a spirited run, and hot as hell in traffic. Cant do any harm though, unless it melts :-&

Reducing heat transfer exhaust side would be counter productive. Plus is going to be about 500°C hotter than most phenolic materials operating temp. Better to wrap, coat or shield the turbo and manifold.

Seriously thinking about fitting an LSD in my current box build. Anyone got a spare LSD for an 02A or 02J-B? If not who's best to buy from or should I import from the US?

That what I'm building here at the mo, 02S GQM gearset into 02A CCM box, if my math is right should give aprox equivalent to the 3.94 diff in 1st to 3rd , 3.68 in 4th, standard 5th and uber-drive 6th. Would also love a set of 263's to go with it!
