Several of those pictures are my car in its verious guises over the years ;) It has been on TT comps, Brocks and also BBS splits. I love BBS splits but can't be arsed with the up keep :) I'm not loving the Skoda wheels myself either but surprised how well they ride compared to the TT comps I used to have (7.5J and very heavy) The jury is out for me on the RH Cups, I like them somdays and not on others....they look better in the flesh as the laquer is very deep. Monty IIs you cant go wrong with...kind of wheel the Corrado should have shipped with IMO Need to get rid of some of these wheels!

Last set, although pics are not great (Before it was resprayed)

Made 230bhp but with belt slipping, should be about 250bhp....running a V9 charger and mpg is about 3mpg worse than standard owner average

Be honest chaps as I haven't invested any money in them, they are off my wife's Fabia and I've just put winters in he car and tried these on for size ;) For 17" they ride really well due to being pretty narrow and light. No real difference to my 16"s

If you find a taker for the manifold, then I'd be interested in the cams if they are 263s

The manifolds can be bought new still for £1000

You can tidy them up easy enough as long as the glass isnt smashed/cracked I dismantled mine, polished the glash faces with a drill mounted polisher using a glass compound. Removed the Chrome reflectors and polished them back to being clean. Applied new white sealant and then finshed the lens with LaminX Look nice new and took me about an hour or so.

I just got the Spoonfed 70mm one, much better and flexible too. Only thing is that it does still get scratched at the bottom.

Hey Dave! Been a while mate. Hope all is good with the new place? The corrado project went a bit further than I had planned to be honest. Charger came up for sale in Middlesborough of all places, so I picked that up. Then the direction changes a bit. Still not 100% sure modding the car was a good idea but at least it is all kit that can be removed easy enough. Exterior the car looks fairly standard, just the wheels and spoonfed splitter give it away.......and the whistle form the charger :) I'll text you next time I am out in it, probably won't be this side of Xmas :( Saw your car the other day at MB, all good?

Work on the car is slowing down a bit now, most of the big stuff is done so I'm now down to the finishing touches. Managed to score a brand new Hella headlamp lens from another forum member, replace my chipped one. New one Splitting the original, easy if you take your time not to break any clips. Finished item....just like new!

Hi Guys, Thanks for replying to this thread. Had a few offers of a sunroof switch. Mine is the flat one from the mk3 golf. I guess condition will be the decider, any of them in good unmarked condition? :) Vag-hag, I just need the little plastic bit that hides the join. In the pic you can see that I have one but the other is missing. How much posted mate?

The auto meter one is the best match for the rado dash

My sunroof recently started to not respond when pressing the button, tilt and slide. Other times it works fine and I suspect it is the switch that has gone duff. Want another to try out. Also need one of these little trims for the rear hatch [ATTACH]76605[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]76606[/ATTACH] Thanks

Haha, don't you dare! I don't think 28mpg is bad from mine. At worst when caining it I get low 20s, at best just over 30 at about 60mph The noise is basically a V9 charger thing, i had a look online and mine is actually pretty quiet compared to some on YouTube
