  1. Anyone know what CD changer cable I need to buy? Seems this information has disappeared from dealer systems over the years :(
  2. Hi all Just a quick note to say slowly but surely I am getting through the posting of the items. Sumps seem to be the biggest problem as I'm struggling to find big enough boxes. We're a staff member short this week at work so i'm finding it a struggle to knuckle down and do them all at once. Should have them all posted by Friday and all the bits should be with you next week.
  3. Always wondered what a V5 engine would be like in a Corrado. I'd imagine 190bhp without a cat?
  4. Anyone watching this? It's quite interesting :) Some of those Welsh Roads would be amazing in the C! http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00hw3yp/Britains_Best_Drives_North_Wales/
  5. Aluminum construction. I believe the hole is a clasping point for engine support when removing etc.
  6. Prices updated ;) Need to move this as I'm out of space in the Garage :(
  7. It opens up the valves in the ABS pump. I too had awful pedal after caliper and metal brake pipe replacement. I bled the ABS pump manually (ignition on) which improved feel by about 20% Then did the master cylinder with ignition on the next day. Felt amazing after that so must've been a massive air lock in the servo. Not sure why you would have the ABS light on though so that may point to a bigger problem.
  8. Photo 2 - charming! :D Amazing comeback. Really good to see people having a go at the work themselves. I'll try most things but i'll draw the line at bodywork :)
  9. I've got a set with 110k? After £55 posted
  10. Did you manually bleed the ABS pump and master cylinder? And if so did you have the ignition on?
  11. In addition to the two sold in the previous group buy I have got another 10 up for grabs at the same price. Available for immediate dispatch :) Normal 12v sump... Main benefits over normal 12V sump - Aluminium - Baffled to stop oil starvation on high speed cornering - Earlier version, so no hole for oil level sensor - Not shallow like the 3.2 VR6. So no new oil pump required. Part Number: 021103601L Description: 24V VR6 baffled sump RRP Including VAT: £122.86 Offer Price: £55.00 posted!!!! 1. Pat_McCrotch 2. alex303 3. 12. Hi all, Parts due with me tomorrow. You should all now have instructions on how to pay :) Cheers Neil
  13. I have been thinking about buying a cloth set but not sure if they contain a heated seat loom (would like to retain this)
  14. On the right colour (Aqua blue) it looks great :)
  15. Do these exist? Seem to be extremely rare if they do!
  16. Thought this might be of interest as never seen it before...
  17. Right, the bit i've been dreading and looking forward to will be starting soon :) - Paint of bonnet, front bumper, slam panel and sides. - Retrim of front leather seats (although I need to find a passenger seat to nick the boulsters from if anyone has one? Leather not important). Might see if I can get the RECARO, KARMANN or Corrado logo etched in them at the same time :) So after a year of putting everything together it's now all coming off again!
  18. and then you started work on the car? Gnar, gnar, gnar!!
