Looks to me mate that you are just missing the speaker cover - it's just a kinda plastic facing that slots into the two indentations at the top and bottom of the speaker hole - mine kept falling out. People tend to clip them as they get out that car and they slide out easy. As far as I can see I think that's all that's missing. Maybe contact some guys breaking corrados on the forum and see if they have any. Hope that helps. :wink:

How recently has it had an oil change? Heard that dirty oil can contribute to popping. Maybe a wheel bearing that's making the knocking sound?

That's bad crack mate - hope you get it sorted soon. I ended up fish-tailing down the hill at then end of my road last week as it was icy then broke super early at the bottom of the hill for the junction and still ended up sliding out into the middle of the road! Nightmare - hate this weather. Roll on summer.
