Hyundai Accent. Had one as a courtesy car. It was that bad I took it back and got a Rover 213

Welcome to the forum. Great colour choice!

I have just had a LUK clutch fitted in my Polo. No complaints so far.
-
They look like a good alternative. Not too keen on the centre logo, maybe a BBS one would fit?

There are a few sites on the web where you can do language translations. Try a search on Google. I used one once to send a complaint to an Italian Ebayer, it seemed to work OK.

I was going for FK's. Not sure now :?

I really feel for you. I had a similar thing happen a few years ago. I had been out of the country for eight months. Went out for a drive and parked the C. I returned a couple of hours lates to hear the alarm going off and the rear window smashed. A great welcome back to the UK!

Looks like I'll get a copy of ETOS. Thanks for the help.
-
It look like they are out of stock too :(

I'm running 5 if that makes any difference?
-
I'm still confused. Do I use c/et prog/etka .exe in run programmes. If so it doesn't work :( . Sorry if I'm being stupid!
-
Where do I go to find the .exe
-
Good idea. Any ideas on how to do this?

It will more than likely be a genuine VAG tow bar (over £700 fitted by VW  ). Most of the non VAG ones do not need any bumper mods. Shame VW didn't think of that. I have fitted/removed a non VAG one and it was easy, just remove the four rear bumper bolts and the whole lot will slide out. HTH

I have been running the ETKA parts data CD ROM on my PC for a while, however since upgrading to XP the disc won't run because it asks for a validation code which I do not have. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes please. Mine are so bad they look like rivets :!: I feel your pain. Try ya best to clean em with wire wool & WD (I appreciate that there aint much room) Other than that I am not sure so thats why I reached for the drill [/quote:58737] Drill may be the best option. Did you use an extra long drill bit?

114K as it's been my daily driver for 6 years.
-
The only problem is if you have a total right off and it's your fault. You'll end up with nothing :( Alright if you are driving a heap but a different matter if your car is your pride and joy.

I wouldn't chance TPFT. It's always worth paying the extra for peace of mind.

Barclays were doing a good offer. They would beat your lowest quote and give you £50 cash back. Not sure if they are still running it though.

Spooky  Now it's all the fours. Sorry I couldn't resist  and you replied at 6.44pm![/quote:544a0] ooohhhhh errrrr
