I think some of the eighties RS Fords had fishnet headrests too
-
The last time I spoke to them they still dealt with, and re-mapped, Corrados, although the guy said that the demand was low. They were offering discount at GTI International as well.

Were the caliper pistons fully retracted when you fitted the new pads? Also the pads may have become glazed, run then over a bit of wet and dry paper and that may do the trick.
-
It's a 2 for me.
-
I'm not sure but I think that's the one for VR's and G60's. Edit: Sorry my mistake, the VR/G60 has a different part no :?
-
lol cheaky git Do you mean to say you haven't got one yet
-
It's been posted already. I thought they would have all been sold to Forum members by now
-
I hope not. It's been in the garage for the last few weeks. It was still there this morning when I looked. I'm off to check Ebay... My old Storm Grey VR is coming up for sale soon, the new owner is moving house and is selling due to not having a garage.

do you mean "bad" breath
-
I would use mint to describe anything that was used but with no marks damage or signs of wear.
-
Handbags at dawn by the looks of things
-
I would say that is a good buy 8)

Very nice indeed. What sort of mileage?
-
click on the red GSF and all will be explained :)
-
I have them shortlisted along with Horndean Crash Repair for my respray. I have been in there for a quote and they were indeed helpful.
-
I'm in Gosport next week. I may pop in to be nosey :)
-
The eight valvers were better as they had more torque. Mine was good for 130+ with three passengers (on a private road and a few years ago when I was less responsible ). One of the passengers was so impressed he brought it from me the next week.
-
Are you still using the Bodyshop in Gosport?
-
The Mk1 was good but they were nearly all rusty by the time the MK2's came out. Good old Vauxhall build quaily
-
I had two GTE's years ago px'd one against my first Corrado. Great cars but looked nothing like that!
-
I thought the golf had twin tail pipes?
-
I've used stuff like that before. The only problem is that it can be tougher than the alloy making it hard to sand down and finish. I have used Isopon P45 on alloys before and had no problems.
-
I would have thought standard body filler would do the job as it's not a structural repair.

Welcome. Do you also belong to any of the Polo Forums?

May be of use to save going down the full refurb route: http://bettercarcare.com/how-to-repair- ... heels.html
