Whats the 20v like?? Got one in mine now, not quite running yet but not far away. Got a custom exhaust going in on Thursday.

I need a custom exhaust and downpipe as I've fitted a 1.8T. I started off wanting a 3" bore, straight through single box but now I'm after a 2.5" with 2 boxes - should I go for 3 boxes????

I've got my car booked in for a custom exhaust next week using Powerflow parts - what is the quality like and are they realible??

I'm not going to lie, it has cost a fair amount so far, the turbo etc costing the most! But I've done 99% of the work myself, which helps to keep the cost down and I have been selective on the parts I've obtained. For example the front brake setup although the same as a brembo kit you can purchase for around £600, mine has 330mm discs as opposed to 305mm and mine was a fair bit cheaper.. I work on it nearly every weekend. I should think the final figure would be similar to a basic model golf..at a guess, but mine will be a tad quicker! Ben

I was done the other month for doing 82 in 70!!! not a happy bunny, got the normal 3 points and a 60 quid fine, but if it happens again i'm not going to sign that piece of paper they send you and just send it back blank.

When I said I had x2 5stud hubs for sale I meant the I had the whole hub assembly. They bolt to your wishbones/suspension.
