Just got back in from changing the glass. Easy enough job, just a bit dirty from the crud build up behind the plastic surround.

What is it with Corrado's and front lights? Summer this year a stone hit the front fog light = crack :( Last week a stone hit the headlight = hole :( This morning a stone hit the other fog light = BIG hole :( CRAP CRAP CRAP :cry: A problem shared is a problem halved............................so any volunteers to halve the replacement cost :?: :lol: D

The big problem with trying to develop these is the need to have access to a VR and G60 regularly. I can't just have a car for just one time as I need to make prototypes and try them out and this will mean several fit-outs.

AndyVR6, The heatshield as it stands is almost complete so I don't need a template, perhaps another few hours development time and a VR. The handles are £32 a pair all in.

Usually you get a different wiper as well for the drivers side, it sits lower on the drivers side.

You need to be sure it's the common striker arm that has broken. You say it's a cast metal part that holds the spring in place. The striker arm doesn't hold a spring in place. Look at my signature pic to identify the striker arm. Dave

When I bought mine from VAG all I needed to mention was Corrado and Lupo and he new EXACTLY what I needed & I got CCGB discount..........top man......on that occasion anyway..........probably a nob most of the time :lol:
