Very nice but the front arch looks a little too flared for my liking.

No, when it started it was there for good. The wheel on my car was hot to the touch too. I had a recon caliper and that did the trick.

This happened to a previous car of mine. Turned out to be seized caliper.

I might have one for sale in the next week or two if you can hang on. -
I think this one is just up the road from my work place in Colwick. Did it have 5 spoke 17" alloys?

I think it's the circuit board inside that's buggered. I might be better off buying new system as the siren under the bonnet looks as old as the car.

If you do a search you can find threads about the plate that the handbrake is attched to shearing away. This is a common problem. You need to remove the handbrake and have this welded back down. I did mine a few weeks back.

There are plastic lugs attached to the inside of the wrap-a-round part of the bumper. These slide in to plastic clips on the side of the car. These maybe covered in crap and stuck in. With the 4 bolts removed try pushing the leading edges of the bumper back to free them up. Hope I've made sense.

Forty, I have the same kit as Natahan. I found if you go softer with the settings the car won't handle as well and may introduce a bouncy feel. Just play about with the settings to find your preference.
