  2. A20 LEE, what wheels are you running and what are the offsets
  3. just finding it so hard to choose the right wheel........sorry
  4. I've seen a set of BBS splits for a porsche they are 8.5 x 16 front et 56 and the rears are 9.5 x16 et 59 with adapters they would be et 36 front and et 39 rear.....i'm going to get alot of arch work done but do you think they will stick out too much which is what i dont want.
  5. Somthing like completely cut away the flat edge on the quarters and wings??
  6. Oettinger SLC, what size are your outer rims.
  7. I'm in the process of investing money into a set of these but i've got one question for those running RS301's looking at your car do you think its possible to run wider outer rims with arch mods. i know as standard they come with an inch and a half rim, but is there enough space to go wider maybe 2.5?
  8. I've seen some bbs wheels that are 5x112, 8x16 et 24 is there any way i can get these on my VR, i've heard of bolts that allow adjustment in the PCD but dont know by how much, also would it be an idea of geting the wheels re-bored is this even possbile with the bbs.
  9. Image make them[/quote:9442b]A20 LEE, cheers mate........i've just been on their site and its down at the moment but theres not much on the web about them.
  10. I've seen these on a few cars now, anyone know what there called or even if theres any suppliers in th uk.
  11. I've been told that VR's come standard with traction control but i overheard a dude at a garage who thought they had a top speed restrictor too, is this right?
  12. http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/ Just seen these wheels on the awsome gti site..........if thats the price per wheel there very expensive!!
  13. Can anyone here do a photoshop of a corrado with rallye blown out arches, i think it should look pretty neat.
  14. kevhaywire, what wheels have you got??
  15. I found a set of Azev c's with a polished lip they are 8x17 et10 5x100 will these fit on a vr, the car is due for a re-paint so the arches will be rolled etc but i dont want to go out and buy them without knowing............the already has coliovers
  16. with rolled arches what is the lowest offset possible on a vr6???
  17. i changed cv's on my vr and it had no circlip, one thing u must make sure is to hold the cv in your hand but make sure it is straight with the shaft and then whack it if it is at any angle and ur whacking it it will not come off as its designed that way.......hopefully should slide straight off.
  18. i think somone should organise a group buy for full red lamps, i know there rare but someone should know where to get them from................cant understand why any company has not manufactured these yet given the way there in demand.
  19. is there a different method of bleeding if you've got abs brakes, i noticed two bleed type valves on the pump but did not attempt at them thinkin there may or may not need doing.
  20. Rite fitted my new rear calipers with the goodridge hoses all bolted up ready for bleeding...........the pedal keeps going all the way down and theres not alot of fluid coming from the back calipers..........the only thing that comes to mind is the bolts that came with the hoses had a hole half way on the bolt, does this have to be tightened to line up with the brake pipe ie - - or can it be tightened as usual and still work.
  21. ET 53 are you sure, beemers usually have a lower offset than that.
  22. yeh that would help, mines a VR i think they are 280 but at a glance the carrier is so close to the disk it makes you think you got no chance of bolting a adapter especially somthing with a 5x130 pcd
  23. anyone using these on their C, i was thinking of getting some but was concerned about the front caliper carrier catching the adapter there about an inch thick and big in diamiter
