Its scary how much things are selling for - x2 window scrapers nos £600.00 not to long ago - glad I got spares in before the massive leap. Pretty scary really as parts more then Porsche from my recent experience of using both OE parts.
-
More like 1750 then - but a schrick could easily fetch 2k these days in good condition - VSR 3k but I would not be surprised if they are 5k in a couple of years as are so collectable - its not really the performance gains as they are minimum its the collectability which is very much a VW classic thing.

Interesting asking £2000.00 and some are saying bargain complete kit as well. I would not be worried if it was not a complete kit very easily sorted I could get a kit together in a week using aftermarket parts which is what schrick did anyway. My Schrick looked a lot more tidy then this one - I sold it for £1500 to a friend but new myself that shricks if marketed correctly could easily fetch 2 k now . Worldwide audience but for me it was ease of sale and no postage and also help each other out if we need part swapping- I got on o2a box off him last week for VWMS add on box build .

What 80's - 90s cars for sale have caught your eye recently.

They dont build them like this anymore 276 k miles on original engine. Nice rare body kit to and some fittipaldi. cool motor in my eyes. I know the kits sell for 1.2 k alone https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1990-Mercedes-300TE-Carat-Duchatelet-W124-Sport-Chassis-Last-Owner-21-Years/133714898320?hash=item1f22076d90:g:UNEAAOSwCfBgagVU -
Thank You mate I will be buying the ATE one then - iy has the green rubber and from memory the vag one does as well so probably OE supplier. I imagine the TRW is very good as well and only £50 tempted as UK stock.

Ok thanks mate after reading the sachs post it was the union bolt that smapped nothing wrong with the slave - looks like its one of thos parts ready available what a shock - I take it ATE is the OE to Corrado from factory. On the other hand the master is a rare beast I have a nos of them though. Thanks

Hi does anyone know the slave diameter for the slave cylinder on a VR - the part number is 357721261A - but I have seen folks buying ones that do not fit in the past. I have heard the sachs one is not a direct fit to the factory hydraulic line union bolt. I thinking of buying a TRW one which I always thought was a good brand. Has anyone got a genuine used one with ATE ? Might have the ATE part number on it thanks as they also do one. Would this one work says on description Manufacturer Restriction: FTE Diameter [mm]: 23.8 https://www.ebay.co.uk/.../TRW-PJK113-Clutch.../164693871243 Not interested in Febi or Topran when TRW and ATE are available. Also seen this says 23 mm ATE is this the OE one. 23,00 Construction year to:07/1995 ATE:Slave Cylinder, clutch Item number:24.2523-0908.3 Our price:78,96 £ Manufacturer part number:24.2523-0908.3 Manufacturer:ATE EAN number:4006633275156 Condition New Use number: ATE 040049 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/ate/194702 Thanks

Hi everyone. I have purchased a used 02A gearbox to start building up the 5 th and 6 th gear add on - means I can swap the boxes out and keep one original and only have the car at stealth for one day. . My question is this long bracket came with the box and I cant see one on my box- is it meant to be on my car- my car is a 95 . Shall I fit it when I put the box on - looks like a good bit of extra support. Thanks Bracket No 31 on diagram and pictures of it missing on my rear right engine / gearbox mount. Thanks

if money was no question which car would be top of your list. ?

I would take a Ruf over a singer to be honest they just dont have the heritage and I prefer the Ruf Germanic style. I would say the yellow bird recreation is probably double and more then the singer. Although looking at the singer site they could create your perfect 964 so would be a hard decision. -

https://www.rufautomobile.co.uk/scr-2018 That is the one I would go for but in red they yellow bird recreation is just to scary proper widow maker but a legendary car that broke all sorts of records back in the day. To have a 964 with this. 100 pecent not a Lambo fan too garish for me. 4.0 litre normally-aspirated six-cylinder boxer engine 510 PS / 470 Nm Torque 6-speed manual gearbox Kerb Weight 1250 Kgs Top speed 320 kph / 200 mph Full carbon-fibre bodyshell and monocoque chassis RUF Integrated Roll Cage (IRC) -

Am I been greedy you are all been very modest but if you won the euro millions it would be hard to spend and thats after giving half to charity so you could sleep at night 🤣 I do know some of the UR Quattro can go for 300 k the short wheel base rallye ones. The one in white with the red and grey decals what a motor. Also the Mercedes 190 e evolution holy shite what a unique looking beast. -
We all wouldnt mind winning the lottery but if you did which car would be on the top of your list. No hard decisions for me would be a Ruf 964 but a new one. I think one of these Ruf classic recreations included complete carbon shell and frame. 700 plus bhp and over a 800 torque what a beast - you get the retro looks with crazy performance. Check out the store some of the RUF Speedlines- holy cow they are stunning - they even still make a clubsporrt steering wheel with Ruf logo - spunky spunky time. Here is UK RuF. Have good luck exploring the site its magical 😄. https://www.rufautomobile.co.uk/

Any good glass windscreen retailer will sell it- autoglass etc - its ready available just make sure you get what you asked for ie sekurit and the option of shade you want. When you say clips do you mean the ones that house the bottom three windshield deflector trims.
-
Got the decals made and thought why not like the 16v badge ha.
-
Sekurit come in thee options - factory green tint- green tint with a darker green banner- and a blue top banner- if you ask for encapsulated that means it comes with the three trims around windscreen Can still buy the windscreen rubber border seal from Heritage OE. The spacers you can still get from vag . You should take it to a body shop as they can take care of any orange peril underneath - go and inspect after removal of glass and again pre fitted when any area have been treated.
-
Its worth calling them and buying spares for sure - you can only hope.

Fen them Ford days have gone I would say = I googled the ford part number and nothing came up but as you say worth a go. Part Number F7364573
