  5. redcorrado, think you just need this if it's a 9a engine... Impulse sender - 051 905 381
  6. Yep, you need to take it off anyways to fit the shorter belt, to get back on i have used a plastic coated dumbell weight, does the job but you still need 2 people.... You have got an SNS chip to go with the pulley I take it...
  7. You just need the standard belt then?? unless you are running a smaller pulley... Part number for non a/c belt is 037 145 933 B (opossed to the AC belt which has the C suffix) and it is 36x1658mm (AC=1760mm) You'll also need a different PAS belt - 9.5x663 (part number in the instruction manual)
  8. Ah, sorry - forgetr that - Mine was an early one... What sort is yours (there are 2 types of later one)

  13. M ** CLC in Wickham Maaaaaaarrket today, Blackberry VR6 - very nice!
  14. Cool - let me know how you get on... a mate got me some industrial insulation tape but its too sticky and the glue oozes out when hot... The original factory cloth stuff is starting to peel now on all our cars but I can see why it's used, It lasts 10 years which isn't bad but also does come off easily which helps with fault finding etc... just need a good supply of similar really!
  15. dazzyvr6, have you used that stuff yourself - anygood??? I think I know what spirawrap is but where do you get it from?? Any pics??
