  1. you can get on from maplins for around £12 they fit nicley just before the throttle body.
  2. if the reading is over 2k its time for the bin also if it dosent adjust the resistence when you turn the scew it's again ready for the bin
  3. hello, right where to begin...the charger you send me is the one you get back. flowing the charger to what ever spec will put NO added strain on the unit as all we are doing is allowing the air to enter/leave the unit alot quicker and smother. The RSR outlet is a replacment for the muffler box so will not sort out any issuse with damaged boost hose's etc. All of our charger come with a mandetry oil feed pipe this is to ensure our warranty. why dont you call me for a chat then i can give you all the info you require without the need for you to wait for me to see the forum which is somthing i dont allways have time to do? regards Darren

    SNS Vs JABBA

They can do yes but.... there really isnt any point unless you are planning on completly changing the characterastics of the engine as digifant is more than cabable of running it very well

If you are happy with the way your car is running thats the important thing. why not try and grab a ride in a sns chipped g60 to compare this is the only real way to see if you prefer it or not.

  16. yes steve. you want both keyways pointing to 12 oclock..
  17. sound to me like your definatly out on yout timing marks. take the m6 bolt out of the top small pulley and use the keyways to time it up as the marks on the pulleys are not allways relibale.

    Poorly G60

When you say it dosent start from cold what do mean ? Does it start after a few try's or does it run rough until the temp get to around 80deg ?
  19. Looks like you lambda is working fine to me looking at those figures.
  20. you can now buy the aero blades for std arms.. but in my opinion to make these work as they should you need to take 3mm off the stubs under the std wipers there has been a "how-to" on this for years on the ccgb site if anyone needs to know how its done.
  21. New boost hose's for your std intercoole'd car can be brought from VAG. or if you want metal one try eurospec "though i have seen some fitting issues with these in the past". as to to the injectors NO in a word they dont flow enough. your running problems i would think are going to be down to a sender / or a bad earth somwhere as i would assume you have checked you fuel pump pressure at the rail etc ?
  22. i would drop the fronts to 20psi too.
  23. well .. i went with the nero zero's in the end as like olly says for the small differance in price i thought wise to stick with what i knew... and g-lader your comment made me chuckle.. as if mate, you know me by now.
  24. Have you seen the rims then ? also im after a tyre for its performance traits not how well it suits the wheels.. In my opinion there is no substute for cheap tyres as these are between you and your ass scraping the the road.
