    removing ABS

corrado parts fit also you just need to elongate 2 of the mounting holes slightly at the stud pattern on the manual servo's are slightly differant to the abs pump.. this is a bg job to completley remove as u need to strip the interior of the car to remove the 10kgs of surplus loom that runs right down the middle.. we then as mentioned above ran a line to both fronts and then a another line to the rear which split just infront of the tank through a tilton bias valve.
  4. the green corrado PVS did was looking shabby at E38. You could see the bumper sinking where the fogs used to be. Still better than 99% of UK corrados though blue16v thats a bit af a harsh comment isnt it ?
  5. head / cam / front mount would see some huge gains...

    boost issues...

the map sensor bleeds at around 15-16psi which is just over 1 bar. there are some good posts on here about how the map sensor works too. Rob-b i would agree with andrew and say that you are running to advanced on your ign timing. how was the timing set ? blue cts off and @ 2-2500rpm ?
  7. i have to say this one one of the mods i really took note off in austria this year.. there was even hummers the with the doors done. I look ed quite closley at some of the corrados done and yes these kits seemed to have no probs holding up the doors at all ,but my only concern was seeing the bbt mk4 with them at inters was that they seemed to have a lot of sidways movment when open in the wind.(it was inters after all)
  8. trust me andrew. the company doing these heads are VERY experinaced at what they do.. figures/specs will be online very soon. get on msn mate ill show you some pics.
  9. ok guys time for me to pop into this thread... has anyone got any flow figures on there heads they have had done... im in the process of having a batch of CNC reworked (not just ported/polished) heads completed. i have the flow bench data and these things are flowing better than any other 8v counterflow vw head i have ever seen data for...
  10. it dosent come with the co pot as its part of the engine loom. and the retaining clip is a differant item on ekta as is the o-ring which also wouldn't of come with the co pot.
  11. i know exactlly what you mean and as far as im aware you cant buy this seperatly as its part of the plug its self u need to find someone who has a whole box full of old plugs that could remove one from said old plug and send it to you...
  12. the plastic ones are perfect.. i have 10 here in stock but they only cost 30p anyway from the dealers i also have chromed old skool metal ones of you want some bling @ £3 each
  13. passats are going to be huge if the amount of them in wothersee was anything to go buy...

best tsw wheels i have seen for yrs... thumbs up!!!
  16. your LM1 is going to help you out big time here...
  17. or... undo the front engine mount and jack the engine up 20mm then you can acess the bolt easilly
  18. u dont really want to be able to smell fuel ... i would also recomend you have a quick look around all the fuel pipes to make sure there is not a weak clip and you have a slight leak on one of them ..
  19. are you getting the LM1 wideband. if so u can just screw it into your existing lambda socket. stoich is 14.8:1 afr.
  20. or drill a 8.5mm hole into the air box and vent the pipe into there.
  21. sorry if i havent reply'd yet i do get around to answering all mail but it does take some time at busy periods.. hence the time im posting this... also just got back from a weeks tour of wothersee... give me a call this morning and i can go through your options and explain how all the bits work. cheers
  22. if the bends needed are under 6" apart it will be impossible to mandrel bend in one piece. also 63mm o/d pipe can be a bugger to get nice tight radius with due to the stretch needed. we have our pipework manufactured but when it come to tight bends/ twists we usally have to introduce some welding into the equation
  23. im just sorting loads now... will be here soon
