My dealers just d on't seem to care about it. I even parked it in the middle of the forecourt once to see if I got a reaction - nada!
-
If you really want, I can even post you the paper. It's not a problem - honest. I also have a boot full of thigns that arrived from Audioscape too - will get some pictures later. Supercharged - It was only half a paper too, just to add insult to injury! If it would do you a favour, you could keep the paper and i'll just take those metal bits from you if you like?! Hahaha, I don't know about that. Give me lots of shiny things for my metal bits and I'll consider it. lol!

Go and ask a dealer then.

You can do it on autotrader's site mate. Done it for you though because I'm bored. Dealer £19,845 Private £18,795 Part Ex £18,245 Trade £17,895 Cost New £27,720

It had things in it. They were nice. I also got a few pages of a newspaper - unfortunately, it was the Daily Mail, and it was old. I was not happy, and shall be filing a formal complaint against G-Werks.

And how much is that?
-
Ahhhhh yes I remember that thread, thanks. So basically I do need one, and it doesn't mean I'm going to suddenly lose traction on the back then! Will look into getting one from Trimsport, cheers

So I've seen the Dubweiser (I think) one on eBay, and apparently it goes for 60ish quid on their site. Is there any difference between this one and any others on the market? If so, why? How much impact does it have on the cars handling? Will it make the back step out more often, or does it stick ot the road more? Any feedback is appreciated.

Have you got a side on picture then please Joe?

The Lumma one is a bit chavvy for me, and I can't see the other one too well - I'm not keen on smoothing the panel between the lights though so that's why I didn't consider it. Blending the diffuser in shouldn't be too hard a job for a good bodyshop - they should be used to work like that. Just go and ask some places with good reputations, my bodyshop even suggested it to me.
-
Hmm, smooth the holes and use the exhaust cutout from an original bumper?
-
My car is going into the bodyshop in August(ish) but I'm yet to decide on something to do with the back bumper. The front bumper is going to be recieving some Rieger goodness, which will be blended in so it doesn't look "bolt-on". The sideskirts are going to be metal extensions, DDI skirts or the MK3 ones someone has on here. I don't know whether to get someting like this, and close up the two vents because I don't want it to look toooooo aftermarket - if that makes sense? Or this, and get it blended in so it looks like part of the original bumper? Like I said, whatever I do, I want it to look smooth and subtle, not OTT at all. I also have a spare rear bumper in my back garden, but I think the standard bumper looks a bit wrong extended. Any more suggestions anyone?

Take a picture and it might help you out mate, but then I don't own a VR so I don't know how obvious this part is!
-
Complete and utter sex wee'age everywhere. I want this car, simply, and would sell everything I own to have it. Utter. Sex. A taster:

Hmm...........ideas!
-
Prefer a G60 to a VR myself - VR is a cruiser, G60 is a racer.
-
Nah its an air-fuel ratio gauge mate
-
I think Car Bras suck, but it's all opinion.
-
Not keen on the speedlines personally, and plus my car is a G not a VR anyway. But would look alright wih the centres of my BBS rims painted black or gunmetal, with the lip left silver...
-
I have a few issues with the front splitter (early one so the deeper version) with some speed bumps, and coming out of some garages etc, nothing to worry about though, it's only a splitter at the end of the day. Mine's around 40mm all round on 17's.

Some of the other options included Mulberry, Gumetal, or Blue....suggestions?

hahaha, going to re-visit this argument npw - heard it doesn't spoil the handling on a lowered car? ;)
