Yeah i've heard that, you can see the middle light sits up a little bit and you can't adjust them. I read somewhere that one person had modified his - I think he made the adjustment hole on the bootlid larger so he could move the inner lights down a little more. I don't know which brand it is though, mine are standard lights but the top half is tinted.

To be fair, you can just use springs for that, depends on your budget. The ride is going to be comprimised on standard 15 year old shocks, but going for uprates shocks as well is a huge layout. RE: modifying, my opinion is that a standard Corrado is nice, but can be improved upon. Lowering, different wheels, and definitely different rear lights all make a huge difference. Mine is fully poly bushed so isn't the most comfortable ride, but I'm happy with comprimising comfort for handling, and quietness for speed(my car is fairly loud too). Personally I wouldn't go as far as some people on here and change the dash, thats just my personal opinion and I think the original Corrado dash has stood the test of time quite well. Also I don't think there are that many "MAXed" Corrados out there, there are only a couple of Corrados I have seen which have offended me!

Think my problem is the fuse - had a check and it was burned out. Gonna go get some more (as spares too) later on.

What would you consider as heavily modded? I'm pushing around 200ish bhp, but with no internal work as of yet - 5w-40 or 10w-50?

I wouldn't get one from the dealer, get an uprated stell braid one from G-werks.

Well, today gave me my first experience of sitting at the side of the road with the bonnet open. My car overheated in traffic, never had that problem before, and had the thermostat replaced 3 months ago, so hoping its not that! Also, my water temp gauge doesnt work, so my first clue to it overheating was the coolant level light flashing - which I thought was because it might be low on coolatn, it's done this before when it's needed topping up. Cue steam coming from under the bonnet - oops! Re-filled it with water (after phoning work and telling them I wouldn't be in) and limped it home, with the oil temp still reading quite high (obviously I can't watch the water temp). So not sure what it is, and it's raining, so can't be assed to go check. Fun!

Think its about 30 quid but I might be wrong and it might be 60 quid, lol, dunno! It seems like a bit of a bitch to do.

I don't want to just chuck something on and I think the bolt-on rear diffusers look terrible unless they're smoothed in, I want to find something that looks OEM but just deepens the bumper a bit.

I kinda liked it tbh! I want something to bring the back down to meet the rest of the car when the skirts and RS front go on, but have no idea what. Maybe I could just angle the sides down, a bit like the Jap cars - you can get spats which just bring the corners of the bumper down - does that make sense?

Also, does anyone know what the hell it is?!
