  1. The mounting lugs aren't even needed, the unit sits in the dash snuggly without being secured. Sorry to go off topic slightly does anyone know where the pressure sender can be sourced from?
  2. Worth an ask but if you fancy splitting i am interested in the Boss..

  6. Washer Bottle (NOS) I won this on Ebay, well i didn't, i won something else and i got this. To avoid the faff off me posting it back to Italy its up for sale. Obviously, if it doesn't go or isn't worth the price then ill send it back.. Its part number is 535955453A. It has the slot for a water pump on the front and the back so may be for washer jets. 11. Long shot but am after a retaining ring for a Momo steering wheel. its quite specific as it is a one that has 2 mounting holes only and is used to secure a horn pad. Does anyone have an old Momo wheel lying about that they don't want? Im happy to buy the whole wheel if it has one of these on and is the correct piece.. If anyone can help please send me a picture of what you have...
  12. Nice one Kip, ill take a picture a bit later and send it your way..
  13. Wheel nut caps, nice small detail that tidies the wheels up nicely.. Looking very nice as per usual..
  14. I am after a section of the wiring loom that has the plugs on for the throttle position sensor and the blank plug that goes in the breather hose. Condition of wrapping not important but cabling and plug condition sound please. Ideally with as much cabling on as you can. So does any have a loom they have been chopping?
  15. No mate..He was at another show in the North East.. A friend of his won the best sports car in Penrith with an MG he has owned for over 40 years,, commitment indeed..
  16. They are hard to find but are out there.. Nows a good time to dip back in, a few gems popping up for sale.. Thank you for the positive feedback guys.. Attended an all types Classic show today in Penrith, great venue at a stately home and a very mixed bag of cars and other hardware including some wonderful tractors!! Car of the show was a Mk2 Jag, it was beautiful. there was plenty of other cars of that standard. Chuffed with a best post 1980 prize while there. Really enjoying this type of show, the feedback people give is very nice, so much variety and a refreshing change from the wheel trodden path of a VW show.. Among the people who spoke to me was a guy who had owned a VR in 1995, although it was in States. He said it was the best car he had ever owned and the thing he remembered the most while he reminisced was "it looked like it was doing 100mph when standing still". He also commented how well the cars lines had aged and VW have missed a trick by not making a modern version of.. Sentiments of many on here no doubt.. Pic for the archives..
  17. Don't think you've been burnt there Dave, looks good and looks very drivable..
  18. Ideal.. Just drop me a line when it suits...
  19. I have the extra irwins and a breaker bar.. You busy Monday?
  20. Good thinking… You get some funny looks from people while you are taking the picture mind..
  21. As its a nice day…. RSs fitted allround and a few pictures.. And as they have had so much of my money i thought id have a picture on them..
  22. The last time i was at E38 there was a standard car class, granted there aren't many there but I'm sure it was a Mk2 that won and it was time warp material.. Kind words Chris but its no minter and ultimately its people tastes on the day that get the prizes.. Always nice to get some recognition but its never expected..
