I can only imagine price it low to attract attention and then claim it to be a typo, customers through the door theory.. Other than that could be any of the above, old MOTs though make it hard to clock cars even though with vagcom its a 2 min job to knock a few thousand off each year.. It is a gamble..

I think that why the MOs work so well, they are the same colour as the Satin paintwork on the lower sections of the car (i.e. with the floor reflecting up), if that makes sense.. The RCs haven't arrived yet, I'm feeling though i might see if he can colour match the MOs and therefore only need 2 of them refurbed and have the RCs done the same colour, ok not the cheapest option but that way they have the same darker wheel effect with fresh centres, new centre badges etc. Your old one looked great on them Bill and was part of what made me want to give them a try. I had a look at MoonlightVR (Asims) old car and it looked unreal on the RCs.. I have an appointment with that seized bolt shortly, i hope i win this time...

Thanks very much, in a way though the only thing I've done that has made any difference is rewrap the loom, the rest I'm not so sure. Im hoping that over the next few weeks with bits coming back from powder coating and electroplating and the wheels that i can stand back and feel I've achieved something… I think the RCs look great on dark cars, I've seen them on MoonlightVRs, Kads, Cazzas to name a few with great results so i hope i can make them work against the silver.. Once they are on, or at least one of them ill pop a picture up..

There are a few others that are cleaner than this… I think i probably do have OCD in some ways and i don't think I'm alone on this forum..

He has sent me a reply asking for pictures but i think it'll be easier just to take them to him. The damage I'm talking about is so minor but id rather it was sorted or it will play on my mind.. I have to be careful here or ill end up getting both full sets done along with new centre badges for the RCs and some other things I'm on with it could be an expensive month.. PM inbound Gareth..

Im after the air guide panels that attach to the wheel arch liner and front splitter. I need ones for both sides of the car. Im looking for ones in good condition without damage to screw holes and preferably scuff free if possible.. Can anyone help?

They could be for sale Mic, i can't remembert the guys name who has them though… I can't get this front engine mount off, its doing my head in. Ive got powder coated one arriving next week and at this rate ill be putting it on the mantle piece not that car.. Not the most productive corrado day, damaged wheel, seized bolt.. Coilovers polished up ok though...

I need 2 of each set done so I'll put the two refurbed on the same side of the car. I spoke to a guy near Hilington, he said if i take one of each in he will let me know how close to the colour he can get. The guy came recommended buy someone i know who has a Rallye.. Ive heard of the polisher.. Ill have a look into it..

I have a collection of badges but these 2 are probably the rarest. Storm badge set in packet with original fitting instructions (i don't even have storm) 1995 SLC rear badge new, canadian issue in silver, not red for the US market

Car now sat on compomtives all round. HAd a nightmare as the socket jumped off the ratchet and has damaged the surface of one of the wheels, not happy.. Well on a plus side it was the one where i had 'touched it up' and there is another one that isn't 100% so ill be off to the refurbers next week with 2 compomotives and two of these… I hope the colours of both can be matched as the Mos are a slightly darker silver...

For sale, 1 set of Corrado VR6 15" 5 x 100 Speedline alloy wheels complete with centre caps and Dunlop Sport 2000 tyres. The wheels have been refurbished and are 100% corrosion, scuff and kerb mark free. Ive included pictures of tyre tread. 2 are good and 2 are worn, i believe they are all above the legal limit. Id probably advise the last two tyres would need changing soon. Ive included close ups of any marks but I'm being mega picky. Price £200 ono collected from Glasgow area. From memory there were about 8 of them.. I know one was restored about 5 years ago and was on here, other than that I've no idea.

There were a hand full of F plate red 1.8 16v Corrados, i believe they were press cars but did get sold on...
