    MSW in Scotland have quoted the following to me for VR6 Magnex - £384 Milltek - £390 Supersport - £416 Prices include VAT and delivery. Speedbox are claiming to sell the Jetex for about £340 including VAT and estimated delivery, but I know nothing of company.They are on edition 38 I think - what is that anyway? :confused4: Id be suprised if they can find any new magnex exhausts for a corrado

    Any bearing noise from the fan, might possibly be the resistor on its way out maybe Also when i replaced my fan and resisotr pack recently the old fan had loads of crap in it almost like soot is it possible you are mistaking the smoke for that?? Only way to tell for sure is take the fan out of the hosing an turn it on and see where its smoking from

    Miltek are still up and running Magnex went bust but are now selling again but dont do one for the corrado anymore and dont plan to do one either i asked them Im going Jetex when mine gets done

    Yeah direct fit the 288mm's from a late mk3 vr6/gti they are made by ATE though Lucas must be off another varient post up some pics and we should be able to determine what they are??

    Which jetex did you go for mate the one with or without the mid silencer??

    I used genuine VW parts when i did mine as i knew anything coolant/electrical related your best getting a genuine part and i also used gasket sealant while i was there its been on their 2 and a half years and 0 leaks, hope you get it sorted mate and replace the clamps for around the hoses to jubilee clips far easier mate

    Yep mine flashes couple of times at IGN position 1 then goes out weird that the wiring diagram says it has one though

    Yeah its 7mm mate had to remove some off a couple i have, and yeah typical vw picking a size that isnt in a basic socket set hell it isnt even in my halfords 150 piece set :lol:

    Just checked my fuesbox to see what relays i have and theres not one in number 5 slot, I DONT have the coolant light flashing problem so if you dont have one in slot 5 that cant be your problem

    Good luck with it mate shame about having to call the AA but still it is 15 years old
