What's everyone's favorite brand of hand tools?

These were a wonder find for me from screwfix after spending years wasting time with branded driver bits that seemed to be made of butter! -
Instrument lights on all the time **FIXED**
MarkFoster replied to Roger Chatfield's topic in Interior
Only a guess as I've not encountered this but, sounds like something's amiss with your headlight switch as the power to the instruments as well as the dimmer work through that... -
Someone like you perhaps Karl...? Come on son, let's have you back in the fold! M.

Yep agree with Harrier; thought the car looked lovely in PVW too. Shame we've not seen more of it on here! ;) -
Very nice; looks like it's been well loved. Nice and standard on the outside too.

Is the fuel rail for a 12v VR6? It's just the only rail I can find on the 034 website is for a 24v...

Definitely the RCs rather than porkers Alex. After all, I'm sure the wheels are top of your agenda at the moment, lol! M. -
Might be the speed sensor on the gear box. Make sure it's screwed in properly and hasn't come loose. I had a similar thing with mine and just whacked in a new one but I remember the old one wasn't in properly which wouldn't have helped... Of course, you may also actually need a new one too!

I got a 24" breaker bar. I'm so easily pleased.....!

Sounds like you've either dislodged or trapped and damaged a wire associated with the alarm/immobiliser... The tediousness of opening up the dash and checking cables for damage, and that they are still connected as the should be, awaits you I'm afraid fella.

Why? Did the diff get damaged when 5th gear let go?

Not schimmel

Er guys, he was looking for the car back in 2006!

Whereabouts in Essex are you?

There's only one; CCGB. Google it my friend.

Yeah, come on you tease!

Dark wheels are also very unforgiving in terms of showing up stone chips and kerb rash; much more so than silver...

Audi A6 Quattro estate; dull as hell but you can fit entire planets in the boot!

Post new thread option not available in classified forum?

Sounds like every Corrado I've ever heard of, lol -
Yowsers, looks pretty terminal! Good to see you're not giving up on her yet though.

unless you want a second hand one (not recommended) genuine rads are no longer available. The Hella aftermarket ones seem to have been well received by a number of forum users. Try a search for 'Hella radiator' and have a pick through the various threads that pop up...

I've sent a pic too... M.
