Very nice, looks more oem than the schrick apart from the green thing

Autos are for vans. A Corrado needs to be released
-
There is a mk3 box identical to the Corrado vr6, I have one as a spare. I say this incase you struggle to get a Corrado box for fair money You shouldn’t be paying much more than £150 for a box and then it’s probably best to have it overhauled before you put it in.
-
I think Fla is the go to man for this and our Canadian friend ABV is just doing it now on his Japan imported Rado.
-
Heritage get their carpets from Newton Commercial. Funny enough I had a full beige carpet delivery from them just after Christmas, I haven’t opened the box yet though. I got mine direct from Newton as I think it was a little cheaper If ordering a new carpet allow 6-8 weeks for delivery as they don’t keep them on the shelf.

Corrado breakers - who are you using to keep your motors on the road?

Sams Salvage, say no more -
Very nice. 225 on an 8” wheel. 215 is a little stretched. Best grip tyre and last fairly long are Michelin pilot sport, not cheap though.

How much for this shipped to the uk please Chris ? -
That smacks as malicious damage to me. You can still get the rear quarter glass from classic parts in Germany near £400 delivered. I doubt the doors will ever be the same as the metals pretty thin at the joint especially if it’s started to rust behind the seal. Good luck matey
-
I’d stick With 4mm for both and get a different colour if you really want them to be more identifiable. Very interested how you get on.
-
I think your controller will be ok. It’s the fusing and wiring I was thinking about. If it goes wrong it could be spectacular and you could probably do without that
-
Got mine running off of relays with their own fuse triggered by the oem fan set up and plug so I didn’t draw too much power through the oem wiring. Not an expert either bet cressa has a better idea
-
Well done for managing to get one. Question though. Will the power cable for the third Speed handle the increase in amps or will it get hot and melt the plug if it comes on for any length of time ?
-
Part of EU law I believe is that manufactures need to supply parts for 15 from production end of a vehicle. After that you are in the hands of the gods.

You should be proud as punch matey it looks mint
-
Black and silver for your car I think. Black and blue for mine 😉
-
Good progress there matey. have you considered how old is the slave cylinder you put back on, can be a pain later if that goes 😉

12v in on all three feeds to fan.Power Resisted down in the fan unit, hence the wire sizes being different. pretty sure it shows this in the Bentley Corrado manual wiring diagram on the subject. Don't feel too bad about the fan it was after all 25+ years Old.

I’ve found it best to leave it a few weeks if you can for it to harden off properly too. You should be good with 4 coats.
-
Looking like it now. If you look at the first page on my thread I show the results of orange peel/shrinkage removal, but I started with 1500 and finished with 2000 for quicker buffing. It truly is amazing the finish you can get if you have applied enough clear coat.
-
I bet that only half your collection 🤣🤣
