You need to catch the caps off the two 'legs', unless you got two with the badge. They may stay in the holes, they may not!!!

Leather Recaro Door Card Late to Early(the other way)
colinstubbs replied to stevie_f_2004's topic in Interior
Your late handles won't fit the early cards mate, don't know about the pods. If you can be patient you could probably pick up a set of late black leather doorcards, either on the forum (Wanted or For sale sections) or E-bay. If not you'll have to swap door looms or at least electrical plugs! Personally I'd hang on, you'll get them in the end. -

On my early valver i had an idle that was higher than normal but not constant, and when i revved the engine it took around 5 secs to drop from 4k to where ever idle was going to be that time. I found my ISV unplugged electrically, cleaned it anyway connected it back up all problems disappeared. I was well chuffed! 8)

feed the wires through the rubber boot with all the other wires to the door!

I bloody wish! The more stupid ones round and about are those ones that look like small flattened tank traps, can get a right old scrapage (including bottom of the car) especially with 2 or more onboard, the sort that go right across the road aren't nearly as bad. :(
-
Bootload of ICE might sort it  I've got 40mm drop and in the end opted for the 50mm splitter. Some of the humps i have to negoitiate in maidstone and aylesford are ridiculous.

It does nothing? At least that's something some of us has got that'll NEVER go wrong!!!

The trouble is your average joe is either too ignorant, lazy, selfish or totally unaware of the world outside his, or her, bubble to give a flying fook about any other road users. General attitude is poor and it fecking SUCKs, the cnuts. Another hate of mine is tw@ts who can't get indication or lane choice right at roundabouts.....it ain't rocket science FFS! I'd overtake if it was safe, anything to stop being the first to encounter the slow tw@ts crashing in front of me as they fall asleep!

I've got a set of alloys(100+?) with centre-cap bolts with 3 holes in the head for undoing them, and I was wondering if it was possible to get them in stainless steel 'cos the rusty ones look bloody awful. Any ideas anyone???

Sounds silly but check your bulbs. First fault i had with an uprated loom was both the old bulbs dying (dipped beam) on me at the same time. Next time both went it was a fuse, after i'd bought 2 new bulbs! Doh! Get some 50% brighter Xenon ones cheap HERE, If you phone up an mention the Forum you can get a discount, which is pretty good when the PowerPlus H4 are buy one pair(£18.45) get one free as well 8) Oh and a pair of free side light bulbs as well!!

Total Novice brake change help needed please!
colinstubbs replied to iow_corrado_g60's topic in Drivetrain
Well if you do have to change the discs you just take off everything you've just done and then undo one screw, Viola! -
Yes that's all a bit weird  . If you hit your link to the online shop and scroll down passed 'Lighting' to 'Special Offers', hit that and then hit the 'view offers' button and scroll down passed the Golf lights you'll get to the corrado rears where it calls them In-Pro E-mark etc. Probably best to phone them, they seem to have made it as confusing as possible :?
-
It says 'E-Marked In Pros' on the web site, as i understand it the FKs aren't E-Marked.
