I was quite cross eyed after a few lunch time bevy's on the sunny friday when I wrote that :oops: However it is pretty much true: - Milltek and Magnex are good if fitted properly VW and Supersprint are supposed to be the best for fitting and low volume but they are heavy and they will rust and for the VW ones they would have been lying around for a while now. Supersprint are apparently going to stop making the Corrado systems. So you buy one... something eventually rusts, then you can't replace the part... So buy Milltek or Magnex - whats the problem? The people at Colbournes VW that had/have Corrado's used Milltek for the same reasons. They said Powerflow were poorly made and anyone with a Powerflow licence could fit them. Although there probably are a few specialists that will do a good job and they are the most custom for off the shelf. My Jetex system was good on my MK3 after a specialist took the whole thing off and re-welded half of it. Janspeed - I don't even need to bother EDIT - I rekon this is pretty spot on actually, and it was Stickied! So... if there are any negative comments on this post I will put them down to jealousy!

Yeah the front passenger seat looks really nice, didn't realise they were the same as Lee's one's also. They look very cool though!

Wow thats going to look amazing when it's done! Are you keeping the rear seats? You could probably get them leathered also and still lift the rear bench arm rest up! Really like those seats also! VERY COOL!

No reviews from Powerflow? Ben? So basically Milltek and Magnex are good if fitted properly. Supersprint and Genuine will both rust and fall off and both weigh a ton and cost too much - and have stopped making them or have been lying in the back of Mr VW's shed for the last 8 years... And thats about it! I'm going to get banned from the forum now aren't I..... EDIT - And Jetex are good also

I have this problem also. It happens only at low speeds (car parking) over bumpy ground. It only happened when I fitted my FK Konigsports? They have new Top Mounts all around and it is coming from the front passenger side? Doesn't make any noise over 5 mph and doesn't seem to be getting any worse?

Ah Benjamin! That sounds cool!!!! I want everything under the car black except the anti roll bar to be bright red - going with my Devil theme! Red badge, Red Beru Leads, L666COR plate hehehe - yeah I'm sad I need some floor mats with a red Corrado emblum also, might try that just Mats place. Ben - Do you rekon I need to buy any new parts other than a few nuts and bolts that snap on the way?

Ohyeah, I forgot about that thread, I even replied some useless post on there. I want to drop my car off somewhere though for them to do everything, I don't want to take bits off my car, take them to a blasters, then to a powder coaters, then refit the stuff as I only have the one car don't want to be without it for too long.

I was just wondering as I don't have time to do it myself - can't afford to take the time off at the moment. Is there anywhere in the South East that will take my car and take all the bits off I ask them to and blast + powder coat them? Basically everything from under the car that comes off How much do you rekon that would cost? - just getting an idea Would it be better to slowly buy new parts and get them powder coated and fit them at my own pace? It would be nice to have the car nearly weather proof don't you think!? Just my random thoughts of the day....

Milltek - £300 fitted Car: VR6 Exhaust: cat back Milltek s/s system, uprated exhaust hangers added Opinion: fitted by JMR, can't complain, excellent looks, alot lighter than the original ( I held them both, must be 1/4 of the weight if not less) Also had a Jetex on my MK3 Golf, fitted by Halfords to start with and no end of problems. Was then refitted by a specialist and was perfect and apparently still is 4 years on. It's all in the fitting

Dinan do some seriously cool stuff for the 328's from alloys to suspension to supercharges, they have someautocar reviews on the site for Dinan charges M3's with 500-600 hp GREAT ODENS RAVEN that's have the back out!

Milltek do a very good performance cat so you will still pass your MOT My Milltek is very good, very solid hangers were fitted as well and there is nearly no movement. They are also pretty quiet at medium revs - motorway driving. Flooring it and Idle are louder but I think sportier also, like a TVR Chimera when you floor it I think!

The number plates are finally on there way! I had to order a god damn new V5 doc as I lost it with my driving license on the flat move.... Just got myself a new foglight also so should be all good soon. Next plans are removing everything under the car and getting it all blasted and powder coated - does anyone know anywhere which will take my car in and do this all for me? Otherwise it goes to the Radford garrage! My clutch has stopped squeaking aswell! very odd? It always worked perfectly just squeaked from standstill - who knows, VW specialist said oh thats a VW noise......
