BBS RSs do come in 16" but tend to be way more expensive... if you want a set look on german ebay!! I just got a set of BBS Rs 16" for £450! 7" Fronts & 9" Rears.... :)

damn!! cant be that hard tho hey... I am thinking about doing the centres in an anthracite type of colour , maybe slightly lighter, similar colour to the ones furks had up for sale... i think i may see if i can get the outer rims diamond cut / machined, so i can laquer them maybe...? Anyway its all in my think tank at the moment.. Thanks for the pointers guys, cheers :thumb right:

i was gonna go 15" but i think there are just to small for the corrado, especially on low profile tyres and decked it would just be too low... and you wouldnt be able to fit Porsche brakes behind 15" wheels 8)

Does anyone know of a decent online bbs rs split rim refurb guide?? I feel i may have need for one very soon.... 8) I am thinking about doing the centres in a similar colour to my D90s (anthracite) at the moment as i think the colour is awesome, although i may lighten the colour up a little... anyway not sure yet, just need to get to grips with the basics as i am a split rim refurb virgin.... i am sure it fairly simply is there anything i should should out for etc...

Right guys i won a set of 16" BBS split rims on ebay the other day, the guy has got in touch with me, so all is well. Anyway i want to send payment via wire transfer from my account into his account in germay... He has given me all his bank details although they seem different to our Sort code & Bank account number system.... Will my bank sort out the wire transfer for me if if supply his details?? I have never really dealt with anyone in germany before, so iam a bit new to all this foreign bank account stuff... 8)

Will post you some pics "mtc" if your interested. The Rose wheels do need a refurb and have no centre caps but, when complete they will look very nice indeed!! 7" Fronts & 9" rears... 8)

i am gonna keep the grey D90s as a winter wheel as i like them too much to sell them! ever since i first got my golf Gti i ve always wanted splitties , so it was inevitable i got some eventually. :-)

Just won these on german ebay... :) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260008338368 This all means i now have a set of Porsche Silver Roses sat in my garage that i may no longer need.... 8)

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=013 Now there are BMW fitment 5x120, so i should be able to make adapters up but the thing that would worry me is that the offset of them is ET20 on the Fronts and ET25 on the back which doesnt give much room for adapter width does it?? Does anybody know what the thinest adapter is thats available and safe to use?? I thing i would be looking at something like 10 - 15mm thick adapters??
-
yeah of course we can.....
-
well a lysholm is 200,000 between rebuilds and a g60 is what 30,000 or even less if using a smaller pulley? at least my engine is all in one country![/quote:197d7] Well i am convinced!! I am going to wait untill my charger needs another rebuild...in approx 10000 miles and then sell the Glader and get one of these BBM chargers put on... will save me money in the long run... 8)

No matte they are porsch fitment 5 studs.. They are in need of a refurb, hence why i am trying to figure out what to do to them.... :)
