You lot actually convinced me to use the 24v management which I intended to use as got the whole lot ecu wiring engine etc from same car, was having dash out to do heater matrix and mate to do wiring but the ecu I got was fooked so attempted this to get back home as had been away for 6 days and Mrs was fuming Once I got my second car i can take more time and care with it Worst part is having things delivers els where so she don't find out

  6. I'm a lazy ******* lol got the new phase wheel from tps I need to get the front end off to get the inlet off to get to the cams I'm doing it ass about face but once I tried the each way the next person won't have this trouble
  7. Well as will be getting new Pistons so whichever over sized ones fit safely 24v management is looking promising but then part of me want to make it work before I move on to 24v management No one likes a quitter
  8. I am I've got too much free time of late The golf ecu worked fine but had the fault Sharan ecu recognises the AUE cam sensor and wheel so should of worked I used a cheep sensor which could be at fault I need another pass time lol
  9. Id rather have the over sized Pistons to match ther32 heads combustion chamber Still not got rid of my fault still if the new Bosch cam sensor don't fix it tomorrow I'm throwing in the towel
  10. New ecu on still got the fault low live voltage or summat Won't rev past 4.5k now Ordered a new Bosch cam sensor as I got a cheap £20 one last time

  12. Any plastic heated up will expand and under pressure will not help so as long as I keep in inlet air cool it should hold up? Too cold and it gets brittle Tomorrows outcome with the sharan ecu will decide which way I go, aue turbo if it works If not then mk4 r32 head r32 Pistons and r32 management with a 2.8 block

Reshaping that promotes swirl can help combustion More efficient burn etc I'm no race engine builder or anything but it's these little things that make a good difference There differnt heads but only pic I can find obviously it looks more like a heart shape Actually 4leaf clover applies to 4valve heads I think Just putting ideas out there
  14. I'm hoping I'm happy with 300ft lbs torque, High comp low boost big turbo water injection My aim is to have the torque rise gradually from 3.5k (200ft lbs) to 7.5k (300 ft lbs) I'm trying to work around keeping the plastic inlet as imo it works great

  16. I'm guessing your going to use a spacer plate? Something I have not seen yet is 4leaf clover shaped bores on the spacer to shape a combustion chamber type of thing If anyone knows what I mean?

I'm more interested in these if there lighter but don't want to pay for titanium Good find kev It's like most of the bbs replicas or any replica wheel for that matter that are being sold imo there sh1t coming from 15years experience in alloy wheels mainly Chinese But then momo are made in China iPhones are made in China As long as one does the background on the factory etc these can be alright
  18. Is this true to obd2 management too that It will run batch injection instead of sequential?

  20. Dropped it off to vince today to remove immobilser and lift Rev limit Picking it up Wednesday hopefully this is thee answer
  21. I managed to put the cam sensor plug on the speed sensor and vice versa Ignore that mine is ibd2
