  1. Well done to Tricky for winning this months raffle :D a bottle of megs paint cleaner... Oh,more keyrings in stock...Car bra's as you probably know being added, and soon to have indoor and outdoor car covers that will be good quality and a reasonable price. Have searched long and hard for something thats not mega money,or cheap halfords crap
  2. Cheers Mrb,would that involve sending the clocks to you? would you know what to look at? Its still doing it :( Whats weird is that i can trundle along at over 45mph or more without the spoiler coming up,but if i let off the throttle and stab it back down again, the spoiler comes up :? Or if i just plant the throttle,it comes up... Would love to have it working reliably...only thing thats not working at the moment! Oh,what about the sensor in the gear box? nowt to do with it? Neil.
  3. Clarkson  'you have to crash the other way to get the record' and to jamie oliver 'you look like special needs'
  4. plan! Nah,wouldn't have one given  well maybe to sell and buy my dream car :D Genuine Manta 400
  5. Aye...i just put it on to hide the stone chips that are already there... :( I cant have it painted though... ...as its not actually my Ferrari
  6. Oh...monthly product raffle on the Volksdevil forum too! 8)
  7. Bonnet bra's coming in stock :) Email me for other makes/models. Cheers,Neil. :)
  8. No worries m8 :) edited above post. Ive used the under car method before...just remember safety is imperative! 8) Neil.
  9. Earth probe to earth...(exhaust will do) Posi probe to the purple (i think!) wire...the voltage should change every second between the above numbers. Its a case of either being under the car and probing in the lambda sensor plug,or opening the loom up in the engine bay. Pretty sure thats right. Neil. :)
  10. iirc... Ignore the 2 white wires (they are for the heater element) You want 0.1v - 0.9v pulsating at the purple (i think) wire at tickover... Best to have someone confirm the above... Neil.
  11. The base from a mk2 golf should fit...cant just remember if they are amplified or not though? Ebay etc would be the best bet as they are a fairly widely used base. As for the aerial its self,i like the richbrook ones in black...smart 8) Sabre style... Neil.
  12. Aye,head off job...Just reground the valves back into a mates head, and fitted new stem seals/camshaft oil seal. Id find a decent garage and ask them to pressure test the cylinders,If you get air from the exhaust it points to stem seals/valve guides...if you get air at the breather it points at piston rings/oil scraper rings. Neil. :)
  13. None of these managed yet :( Although the new wheels are currently being built/refurbed to my spec :D cant wait to get em! So ive been itching to do sommet in the mean time  New richbrook slant top gearknob and leather gaitor. 8) Pics dont do it justice, and its really shortened the shift as it sits really nice and low :D ! Neil.
  14. How did you guess m8!? Mrsbeige,aye...will hopefully be moving away from this sh|t hole soon :D this area has had it tbh... Neil.
  15. Mave, cheers m8 :D Stoney, exactly! 20k per day too with one of those things
  16. Aye...have thought about that one. Ill tell them that the lotus elise i have somewhere?  runs lower as standard! 8)
  17. Tis a joke :x You cant really see the enourmasity? of the thing in the pics... it actually sits higher than the curb in the middle! Theres no way the rado would ever go over it  Have spoken to some monkey at the council "someone will be measuring the speed bumps" but i bet they dont take into account cars such as the lotus elise etc that run low as standard
  18. There are two entrance/exit roads from my house... At one side (see pics) i can not get the car over at all  absolutely rediculous! And this morning ive found that the speed bumps at the other end have been raised!!! Gonna get pics of these too,and make a serious complaint...every time im going over them its damaging the car and eventually they will have to pay for the damage.Oh and ill mention the fact that i cant even friggin get out of the other end of the road!!! see pics! Neil.
  19. Just a note for everyone... 80nm torque setting for the mk1 gti bolt Dont dare thinking about these being tightened upto 200nm! Neil.
  20. Ouch  Check out the air behind the car!  !
  21. The interior shampoo's are pretty good, even at breaking down oil stains. Just remember to test any (including non car specific) products on a small inconspicuous area first. Neil. :)
  22. Havn't had time to take them off the richbrook page
  23. I love the richbrook valve caps...best on the market imo 8) Currently having the flush fits put on my new rims while being refurbed Neil.
