LOL! Well what I would suggest is worth doing - add a couple of names down in his 'list' so we don't get overtaken by another hoard of folks on vortext. what do you think?

Do you get any rubbing (ANY rubbing at all) - or had to roll the arches? I take it you are running 205/40s? Deciding between these and Comp MOs -
I've got one of the passat cup holders in mine. quality item. useful for long journeys when the girlfriend isnt there to hold your food and cups for you ;)
-
When you say seat wobble - is that the adjuster thats wobbling (and rattling)?
-
Karl - did you get any responses yet?
-
Did you ever get one of these? If so - where from and how much may I ask?
-
so in short would you recommend the vibratechnic bushes? ;)
-
i read that vibratechnics have uprated ones - that aren't poly. might be worth a look. stealth will probably sell them.

Bally what offset are your wheels now at front and back? Are you using spacers? -
Ah someone! Thankyou! Done a bit of research - not bought by Wilwoods, Hi-Spec or CompBrake. APs get positive feedback from everyone it seems. Appear to be worth the money in the long run. Fitting the RCs means 8mm spacers - the H&R spacers bolt directly to the hub, the wheels to the spacer - reckon thats fine for track abuse? I'm preparing to get a lot of track time in this summer - and indeed for the duration I own the car. As for wheels - also been looking at Oz Superturismos. What tyres are you running on your 17s? Using 215/40/16 Yokohama 539s on mine - seems pretty good - but not compared to softer rubber. While I'm at it :) - how have you found your Ledas?
-
Thanks mate. LOL no-one else?
-
I had the car out for an hour on track at Knockhill yesterday - loved every minute! The Corrado wasn't too bad at all - could do with stiffer springs and stronger brakes, the tyres did great (Yoko 539s) and it held composure well and felt well balanced. The Leda suspension is great - very pleased with it. On topic - one thing I knew before going on and was confirmed when on track - the standard g60 280mm brakes aren't powerful enough for my liking. I'm running Zimmerman discs and Pagid fast road pads. I am going to try changing the fluid, servo and one way valve/pipe and perhaps try different pads. Anyone tried the Ferodo DS3000's? My main question was - I'm running 16" Borbets at the moment that have limited clearance for larger brakes. I'm looking at the g60 AP Racing kit long term - which narrows down what wheels can be used. Options are 17" 7.5" RC's with 8mm spacers on the front - or 16" Comp MOs (no spacers needed). 1) Any others people would suggest or know that fits? 2) What are peoples opinions and experience of 17"s vs 16"s fitted to a Corrado on track? I've looked at Wilwoods - but they need dust sealed too - so ruled out. As always - help appreciated :D

Ah I seen your car then (if its the only nugget in Inverness) and got a wave back from the girl driving it!
-
Are you in Dundee yourself?
-
that would be fitting for the g60 vs vr jokers above

no worries mate - was just trying to help out. if it helps have a gander through the pics on the members page - click the link in my signature to get there. i was over generalising - sometimes on here you can ask a question and get little response - but if it was about a bling set of wheels everyone chips in - just a pet hate :) good luck - theyre great rims for the corrado
-
aye - theyre in my avatar - only that picture doesnt have the center caps. its in my sig too ;) i'm selling mine very soon - i think i have a buyer for them - but you're welcome to them if he decided he doesn't want them. theyre the 16" x 7.5" versions that in my opinion are much more suited to the car proportionally
-
hmmm still not sure. my originals are cracked under the top sheet of glass though so they will need tidying up sooner or later. have you the wide angle ones from ddi?
-
has anyone tried using those wide angle mirrors? a bit hesitant to get them - would be useful getting opinions first
-
quality stuff mate - will check it out thanks a lot :) will post up here for anyone else looking to find them...
-
cheers fella! :) What page number is that - I found an old catalogue at home last night - I didn't see anything after looking - but will double check that thanks again Karl
-
If only you had a picture or avatar of some. Exactly. Maybe should have posted a pic - members page is a hassle to find isn't it... I find too often on here - unless its shiney and bling - people ignore. Its nonsense.
-
