I need the correct torque settings for a G60 please, head bolts and the cam bolts please. My bently manual is playin up so can someone please help out??? Cheers in advance Ross

So a mark 3 golf rack fits the vr6, wot about the 16v/G60, where can you pillage a rack for those ones from? Or are they all the same??

Heres my powerflow exhaust, pretty mingin, No sleeved joins, welds all the way through, begs the question "How the hell do i get it off if needs be?" :mad: Nessie over my back axle :shock: Took off my whole heatshield, which leaves the gear cables exposed to exhaust heat :mad: And the finale, CUT my down pipe and welded the system to it, wot a bloody mess It pretty bad and the twat isnt too bothered about it at all but pretty soon hes gonna get a bitty bothered, sorry to jack the thread but if anyone is from up the aberdeen are dont take your lovely cars to Wallace Performance

Right can someone put up part numbers for the bolt and the washer cos ive been scanning etka and cant find it at alll, ive got a brand new corrado one but with all these horror stories i really want a golf one, cheers guys

Does the corrado have one of these seperate and if so where abouts is it? My mate was sayin that 16v mk2 golfs have them behind the centre console so what about the rad? Only reason im asking is im about to swap my 16v to a G60 so do you think ill need different ones?? Cheers in advance

Right i was cleanin up my block yesterday to get it ready for painting, i was chipping off all the crap that was built up on it from years of abuse and on the timing belt end i noticed a wee hole, its just below the big plate that covers the water jacket and to the side of the oil pump/distributer pully, upon further investigation it appears to be well shallow and its a fully uniform hole so it doesnt really look like a corrosion created hole but it does appear to be weird that there is a hole at the side of the block, anyone shed anylight?? :scratch: Cheers

Im plannin on fittin a merc srpinter-cooler into my G soon just wondering is anyone who has done this before could give me some info as ive heard some trimming needs to be done, pics would be ace. Also i have a guy at mercades tee'd up to get me one but he needs the part number, any help is muchly appreciated Cheers Ross

Im having some issues wiring it up , everything plugged in fine but the order of the wires that plug into the back of the head unit is mixed up due to them coming out of the white plud that holds them. The wires are orange yellow and black. Would it be possible for anyone to tell me the order of the wires or will i have to get a new loom. Pic of head unit- and master control unit(to jog memories) If no-one has any ideas can you point me in the right direction? Cheers Ross
