I think this in the how to section would be a winner, christ ive done nearly everything to my car myself so i think im fairly competent(changed boxes twice) but trying to get this to work nearly killed me, so DO IT DO IT DO IT :mrgreen: -

My car is the above colour as beautiful that it is i need a touch up and bloody quick so can anyone tell me the paint code for this lovelly colour it might be based around LC9U anyone confirm this or know it for certain? Help please Rossco

No true there isnt a lot of romm but that how i did it, i used a drift as well, seemed to help a bit

Are you talking about the drive flange, the bit that come out of the box and your inner CV joint bolts to? If so there is supposed to be a small metal circlip in the end of the flange, it sits in a wee ridge and when you put the flange back in(with a rubber mallet) the circlip locates into the groove inside the boxe and sticks solid

I took the green filter out and then i had to slightly trim the gap that the light comes through a bit to get all the dial to light up but it lights up fine and it was well worth the time. Woody just go to http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/product_info ... f6a8c3f273 that is the bulbs you will need and the guys service is excellent, any queries just e-mail him his response is very quick

I ve changed my dash lights to blue ones at the top and a red one for the MFA, the blue ones work ace but the red one for my mfa must be to close to the screen or dubster82 has told me that LEDs only shine forward not around so is there anything i can do at the moment to difuse the light a bit? at the moment it all lights up red but there is a big glowing circle in the middle. Help anyone??

Well mine has gone and ive been eyein up doin for sometime and i think the only real way to do it is to get the dash out, i dont think you can do it wi the dash in like the mark 2 golfs

My car feels a bit lumpy at idle, it not the engine mounts cos they are all brand new, but its just a slight judder. doest really effect the car drivin but when the missus is in the car sometimes her lady lumps bounce a bit so it is noticeable :lol: Anyone got any ideas?

What i really mean is which parts do i need, LHD accelerator or RHD one, do i need two clutch pedals or two brake ones or what. Can someone please clear this up for all us tt-less pedal boys

nah im with the jubilee clip massive, ive almost banished them all from my C, just the heater matrix ones to do and they are all gone. There sittin in a box in my shed ready to be burned :mad:
