That looks absolutely incredible mate. You've just brought me back from thinking about selling mine. -
$3.50 per gallon in the states! A colleague just told me,,
-
if dahlback can fit it in a mk6 polo i'd say you could fit it in a Corrado.

If you got rid of your C what modern car would you have?

I tihnk I'd have to say Lotus too dinks. Although I guess a big phat ass jeep might tempt me. -
Aha, I have the topmost one connected on mine. Any ideas on the part number/name as when I called up VW they weren't sure either way what I needed? Many thanks for the info Crasher, I'll try it out this weekend.

Hey all, I have a KR head on a 9A block. The problem is, the KR head seems to have 3 temp sensors in it and I only have one connector. Can anyone confirm the one I should have to get a 9A running nice (it's running really rich atm)? Cheers,

IIRC the casing for the main fusebox has little mitres on the side of it so you can just attach additional fuseholders and relays - my passat had about four extras which literally slide into place on the side worth a go if you haven't got much extra to fit?

As you can see from the pic, the rust is between the sill and the base of the A pillar. I don't really want to buy two full panels to chop off some segments for a repair but the curves are pretty tricky so I also don't fancy my chances of getting it tidy from sheet. anyone know of a repair panel for that section or am I going to have to replace both?

I want to get the red one on the road as my daily over the next 4/6 weeks and then build my 16vt engine for the blue one over winter.

I'm with these guys. Although you could just whack it in (although I think you'd have problems with there being nowhere to mount the knock sensors on the KR) it's not really the point. If they genuinely said it was a 2.0 16v then you should have them, Stu's right, the 2L bottom end is worth more.

i think your caps lock button is broken too

there's a 16v tuning guide in the knowledgebase wiki IIRC Also, check out clubgti forums, search on 9A tuning and you'll see how easy more power is. But for real world lazy driving i'm not sure you can bet the VR, you do need to hold the 16v over 3.5 - 4k rpm to put a smile on your face.
-
PM me the details and I'll pass them on, Cheers, Cole

Best. Quote. Ever
-
all good news for me then lol 1.8 head and cams on 9A - must be decent power
-
it's fibs - i have a 1.8 headed 2litre and its nothing like 170bhp, more like 140 at a push

Cool one, I've been on the look out for something minimalistic/club sport for ages, closest I've got is the new polo GTI dash because of its cool cluster/binnacle -
