oh yes avo can refurb them £45 including anything they need to replace which on mine means both of the pistons! they had a wrc escort cossie down there a test car apparently looked so mean!!

ah i wonder.... i have a dodgy headlight loom i brought before i was a reg on here. ill investigate one thing Gavin my lights are very bright on dip beam but the full beam is still useless even with the halfords not for road use rally bulbs is this because of the useless loom?

strange i have a thermo switch i brought from g60jet it didnt have a washer attached maybe it doesnt need one? it was brand new in the packet.

got the shocks off ready to be refurbed hope they can do it one of the rebound/compresion adjusters it broken. oh well if they cant ill be in the market for a new set of coilovers!

i did that first thing this morning when as soon as i put my hand in the engine bay i cut my finger :( went ok after that though!

why? was it not shabby then? there is a mk2 golf in bedford kind of a pinky purple that was well known on the scene mid 90's its looking awful now they put an aircraft filler cap on it and its rusting around where they welded it in.

i cant seem to get a swan neck spanner to fit the top nuts to remove the shocks every one i have wont fit in the top plate. i did make one but it broke today anyone got any ideas or know a make that fits in the top plate?

fitted th oil cooler (mocal sandwich plate and allard turbo radiator) and it doesnt leak or anything woo hoo! that was quite a nice job to do actually! have you got a pic i like bbs wheels but its really hard to find real ones it seems an origional rs one sounds gorgeous pink bits or not!
