Does look the same but that was a scorpion and had the scorpion markings on the tailpipes.
-
Nope, just the rear. I understand theres quite a lot of work involved though so it seems like a good price to me.

My Corrado idled exactly as VR6Storm described for the whole 3 years I owned the car. Didn't seem to be any problems with it. Ill do an update on this in a few days, the cars in Bedrock VW just now for a service and John reckons it isnt normal, when he checked the leads he found lead no.2 was knackered. (Im not sure if its a new problem though as I think it had been getting gradually worse after I got the car.)

Nice one, I take it you managed to remove the aftermarket sender ok then without having to remove the back seats or something.

dubster82, I could hear your car over the top of mine when we were leaving Biggar and I was in front of you so it is pretty loud, did sound good though. Ive got a Scorpion system on mine and it looks and fits perfect. Strangely for a Scorpion though it does seem pretty quiet to me, I think it is just me though with being used to the Janspeed I had on my 16v cause biggrim said you can definately hear it outside the car from when I overtook him coming back from Kames.

I was more or less decided on the ecp ones before I posted due to the price mainly. Will try and get a set tommorow. Cheers

Got them and in that size, very good tyre and for that price you cant go wrong (Assuming 150 for 4?). I think I paid £235 fitted.

Sorry, should have posted in here earlier. The problem is sorted but how it was sorted im not sure, I tried unlocking the doors and my brother grabbed the passenger handle at the same time so only the driver door opened, later that night I noticed it had started working the way it was supposed to. :D

My cars currently in for a service and the garage just phoned to say that one of my leads is gubbed and the rest are in a poor state. I suspected this due to a slight misfire and roughness at idle. So, what leads to go for, VW for probably £100+, ECP for £50+vat or another aftermarket make. :?

Do you know anyone with a webcam? Face it at the tv and record, dont know what program to use though. :?

That was the powerflex ones, I also have koni top adjustables and eibach springs, standard wheels.
-
I got my rear axle bushes done a while ago, cost £180 fitted I think. Definately worth it, back of the car feels much tighter and more controllable, dont really notice any extra vibrations or anything except on the worst stretches of road. My cars going in to get the front wishbone bushes done on thursday. :D

If I was you id go to the scrappies and get a proper iso block out of a car there. Cut it out with enough slack to make rejoining the wires easy, then twist and solder. Should be easy enough as the wires will be the same colour so its just a case of matching them. Your new headunit should then plug straight in.

Drill? Hacksaw blade and remove the corner nearest the wing.
-
Funnily enough when I had the rear bushes done on mine it now seems less tail happy, I had the tyres changed about the same time though so thought it was more likely down to them. :?
-
Good to hear, Neuspeed is probably the one I am going to go for. 8) At the front anyway, Trimsport for the rear methinks.
-
Good to hear, there must have been more to my friends problem than I got told.
-
Will be going for both, boot space isnt an issue for me and at the moment I am working for a go-kart centre so it kinda makes sense. 8)

Strut braces are coming soon for me. 8)

Maybe its a year thing the same as the closed slat grill. :?

Ive heard before that one of the Campaigns was wrote off, I guess we now know where the interior went.

Been looking at this myself, I think it has a laser detector built in but radar is an add on. http://www.originb2.com/index.cfm

Rams, im pretty sure one of the doors has a reverse thread on the screw that holds the handles on.
