i think the car came with the space saver originaly mate...so you wont get a full size tyre in.... could be wrong but all the raddos ive had have had space savers

Anyone ever considered a TDi engine conversion?

pah....do it mate....i was seriously considering plopping a TDI into my 8v before someone bought it from me.....you can pick the engines up cheapish...but the convertion would cost a mint..if you could find a (foolish enough) mechanic to take it on....unless of course you fancy a go yourself :wink: some would consider Koni TAs, H&R Springs, Quaife Diff + G60 3.68 Final Drive, 288 brakes (soon to be 312s), 17" BBS RX on a nice clean VR6 as sacrilidge :wink: ......you can't please em all -

i reckon if you put it up for 1500 you should expect to get around 1200. unfortunatly valvers just aren worth much at the moment.....and for whatever reason, red 'c's dont seem to fetch the same money as other colours. shame you've got that pissed off that you want to sell though.

no...the barell was too loose on the actuall handle..so when i was taking the key out of the lock it was leaving the barell in the wrong position....like i said, i dont think its the same thing....just a suggestion!.....i was also having problems with the central locking.

hi dude. just had a problem like that with my windows aswell and it was my drivers door handle causing it. not sure if that will help because it seems your problem came from changing the interior...just a maybe.
