right assuming your C has windy-up windows the switches should fit roughly where the window winders would be,and yes the driver-side one has both controls and the pass-side one has only controls for the pass-side back to the seats.........now i'm not totally 100% sure on this but even with your mk2 recaro's being height adjustable......the seats will still sit too high.......IIRC its to do with the available free space under the seat base in relation to the runners :? :? :? :?

hmmmm........the only thing i can think of is perhaps in other C markets the lower output was for Cat equipped ones.....but i was always under the impression that the 1.8 16v was never cat-equipped :?: :? :? :?: :?: :?:

if the miles are genuine that is.............given that the seller is claiming only 3 previous owners and HPi are saying 7!!!

aftermarket wheels by the look of them and if there's a decent length MOT and its in rude health mechanically the door is just a minor cosmentic detail IMO.........£900 seems reasonable enough

......or a passat coupe......which is the favourite up this way with Golf owners :roll: :-P :-P

bit harsh there.........bear in mind the engine has been on the go from the mid-80's so is near enough a 20yo design..........ok a 1.8 16v C (standard that is :wink: ) isn't going to give too many VR or G60 owners much problems at a traffic light grand-prix etc but theystill have decent performance for their engine size

pretty sure the rears will have to be a different part no as the rear discs are smaller so therefore the pads will be different from the fronts??????

AFAIK the schrick cams are for better top-end power.................so would really depend on C-mann's driving style too...........although i have the schrick VGi i was told by ppl i know that my driving style wouldn't really suit having the schrick cams installed too and although it wouldn't be detrimental to my car i reasoned that given my driving style it would be a waste of money me getting them and also especially with the manifold i would lose a wee bit of my newly found low-end torque.......just my £0.02p's :wink:

tom aka VR6 was on about this last year......best PM him to see how he got on with it..........anyway i'll move this into "Ice n secure" as that seems better suited for it rather than tuning and mods :wink:

dunno tbh..........but mine went when there was work done in the same area (thermostat housing replaced) as the temp sensors....... i think the intense heat generated in the surrounding area doesnt help either
