  3. 99% sure it should do........it'll be a common part, same way as a heater blower motor is interchangeable between models
  4. ............."he would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for those pesky kids"
  5. wonder if its got a rare Karmann interior too
  6. ideally you should be seeing at least 10/11 stamps.......one for every year, the serpentine belt should be replaced at 60k miles(this won't be shown in the service book),Timing chains are considered by VW to last the life of the car,and would only really be replaced when the engine is rebuilt, gaskets aren't a servicable part either so it all depends on what supporting paperwork there is supplied with the car as above do a search been mentioned a few times on here VR6 prices are all over the place at the moment,so pay more for condition than anything else Twilight Violet is a Corrado colour right enough,as for the Black Karmann interior,if it was leather TCS would be making a bigger deal of it
  7. good find!!!!!..............remember seeing it on TV yonks and yonks ago :D
  8. thats riding shotgun.............IIRC shouting shotgun means you want summat v keenly

  17. ALL Corrado production was stopped in July/Aug 95...........tho some are late registered..........mpg wise low 20's round town and mid 30's at steady 75mph
  18. Yeah me to. What a funny car though, early dash, late steering wheel, early front bumper and late bonnet... IIRC the s/wheel has always been that one on VR6's,ive seen a few early VR's with the early dash too,the bonnet is needed for clearance as for the bumper its been replaced with an early one by the looks of it.......jeremy will easy confirm or deny, but the pics in the mag article about the Campaign's clearly shows it wearing the later fogs/indicators and later bumper
  19. its CVT...........so basically belts,it gives an infinate amount of ratios tho........pioneered by Daf in the 60's/70's........... pricewise tbh you'll be lucky.........last of the rover 25's 05 plates are not much dearer if at all
  20. got mine from the local newsagent........the CVR has now appeared in the price guide at the back of the mag for the first time after being featured too  pity the article didn't go too much into depth about both cars tho, still nice to see all the same
