Just finished doing my heater matrix with dash in. Mmmmmm lovely heat, However the abs light came on when I put everything back together, Must be a dodgy connection but a bummer all the same.

8m/10mm/12mm pipe bender is the best thing to use. Can be bought from screwfix. or maybe 2nd hand on the bay.

Copper and they can be bent with a pipe bender. If you give cafco a shout they should be able to bend some into shape for you on the spot. I got some done for a mini and they fabricated them in 5 mins.

Makes sense Dink, I was mostly still drunk when I posted that and elementry mathematics was well out of my league. Double-6s, Im opting for the easiest route possible. Paying someone else to do it. :) Cant afford the car off the road any longer than nesessary.

how are your engine mounts? if there is movement then things could be catching on the underside of the bonnet.

a guy I know did his grey one in red spray. It looked horendous and then turned pink in the sun. I would seek professional help mate.

Aye, stealers wanted 104 + VAT yesterday, so GSF came up with the goods for less than half that, typical though I forgot to get my 10% CCGB discount from the membership card.

scroll down for a spec list. 3.4 flat 6 pushing 469BHP in a shell weighing 1222 kgs. only 28 ever made and IMO one of the classic cars of all time. (slightly biassed) But how good is the driver? opposite lock at 170 mph? takes some doing.

I can tell you for sure that the people that work at head office wouldn't have got there if they did not have a belief in the cars. The pasion is seriously adictive and even the people that have been there 10 years + are mad for the cars. a lot of the Mechanics run older Porsches and because of the lead time business model it aint easy to get one as a company car but it is surprising how many have bought one themselves.

Put a sock over it. In winter this might be the only way to get things above 80.
