;) i hope so, wasn't sure whether to get smoked or clear
-
i'm not at all sure tbh, wouldn't mind something with a similar design to the speedlines but a bit larger, am going to lower it first (one day  ) will see how it looks then, i quite like the speedlines now
-
i've heard of a technique "wet-sanding" i think the pro's do it, but some of the results i've seen have been amazing
-
 shall i just get loads of stick on air freshners like the local crazy lady in her metro? am sure everyone has one
-
i'll comment  love your rockery, looks fab, has that house in background had an extension? love the storm, i really like the green with the cream interior, what size rims on the blue one, how much is it lowered? also its "red & green" should never be seen
-
cheers mate :) most people seem impressed with the seats, they deffo want i wanted, i'd check out a few VR's before getting this one, nearly all of them were let down by bad interiors.

what i think the forum needs is a condensed version of all these stickys? that are more useful than what each person thinks of what they have bought, you tend to get biased views. i've seen quite a lot of cases of FK stuff breaking and not lasting very long, maybe thats just their cheaper kits. where would you buy your bits from, is there a recommended place that does most bits? I've been a vauxhall man in the past, never had a VW so don't really who are the people to buy from

few new pics, not changed much, well only the rear badges

lastnight, a friend commented on how boring and dull my car is inside, and i kinda agreed, have never been a fan of sprayed plastics in car but i think mine is just too black and boring. anyone got pics of their interior and what they have done? am thinking things like new gearknob, maybe a different headunit, and some metal/chrome knobs etc?
-
what decent makes are availiable for the VR6 at this kinda price. I don't want FK before anyone suggests them, i found koni yellow too firm and very harsh on my last car tbh i only really fancy lowering car by as little as 10-15mm i know theres a big thread about suspensions up the top but its 9 pages long ffs, sod reading thru all that

i also wondered this? ^^^ good question do you need to remove wax before polishing again?
-
just make sure you prep the plastic first, apart from that its should be like spraying anything else
-
i need a new one too, not very keen on the all metal items, is it the rieger one thats quite nice?
-
i prefer them to the storm leather
-
i recently bought a corrado VR 130,000, no chains done, sounds really quiet and runs smoothly still, i decided not to pay attention to all the worries, i manage 30mpg pretty much all the time

Wilkommen!

too many of them on the road for me to like em, every other fooker has one, or a new mini. middle aged men drive them thinking they 18yrs old again  just way too common imo i know they good cars but without all the spoilers, vents, lights and rally inspired lumps and holes they quite an ugly car really -
mines not quite that bad ^^^:! just a hairline crack in the paint, at least its symmetrical/central

i had to hammer a bigger socket onto my ones to get them off
