UPDATE Well well well... here's some news for all you doubters out there (Walesy). With the help of my father in law (who used to be a solicitor) we issued proceedings against Tesco for the £250 it cost to fix the dent, they replied to the court stating that they would defend the claim. But a week on i've received a letter from them saying that they will not be defentding the claim anymore as the costs of going to court are greater than the claim, they'll be sending me a cheque within the next week for £280!!! (extra £30 to cover the costs of issuing proceedings). So yes, it can be done! Even against the mighty Tesco! Trig

Likewise. Bad luck mate, I check my car everytime I return to it, if I ever caught someone abusing it I would go nuts.

Hard to believe that something with a Porsche badge looks that bad! -
Interesting indeed. That picture still isn't 100% accurate though I presume?

Really makes me want one, beautiful. Much better looking than MK1 golf IMO.

Yes there is... http://www.the-corrado.net/wiki/index.p ... ange_-_VR6 Easy job.

Critical_Mass, yup. I did have other work done as well so maybe I got a good deal for having the sill done at the same time.
-
Just got one of my sills patched up, the guy at the bodyshop told me it'd be a BIG job to fit a new one (hours of work). The work he's done makes it look like a brand new sill anyway, think I paid £120 for it.

andyVR6, who did you find for £800 ?

I just had a cool thought of attaching a small keyboard to the sunvisor and running the cable through the headlining and into the boot for some flip down forum action in wifi hotspots ;) ...how geeky is this thread? :)

Rig the power up to the window... sneaky. :) So basically all you need to do is install a laptop in your boot with power from the leccy windows then connect a TFT display in the dash up to it?

Why do you guys carry legal plates? Surely it's a bit late to whip them on once you've been stopped?
