40 miles for £15 - Ouch! :) I really like the no. plate down there, looks mean. -
3corsameal, would probably like good actually, if they did start getting knocked though the paint might chip or scratch.
-
That's awful, I genuinely would cry I think.
-
Having had absolutely no experience with the breakdown services I can't recommend anyone, but I have heard greenflag are very good. ;)
-
Autoglym bumper gell does a good job.
-
I've also got a ciggy lighter adapter for mine, presumebly I could take it apart and permenantly wire it up to the lighter socket behind the heater controls?
-
Yeh I find ipod volume @ 85% is about right, any louder and you get distortion but I still find the stereo has to go 50% louder than usual for the same song volume.
-
Supercharged, I have one. It's not great I find I have to turn the volume on the stereo up loud so you get a bit of hiss.

Replaced headlight switch... and potential disaster

Same thing happened to me. -
Wow that's a long relationship! How much work did it require in that time Nick?
-
Aye but you have to get the carrier off if you want to put new discs on, that was the hard bit for me!
-
Hardest bit for me was getting the old caliper carriers off as they were seixed on. Aprt from that it was easy.
-
Would look better if the rear was more vertical and slightly longer wheel base. Other than that I think it looks kinda cool!
-
Sounds impressive Jim but like dinkus says, voice control is always going to be seriously embarasing and even more so when it doesn't work! Hand clapping on the other hand is cool, although not that safe when driving a car... ;)
-
It's all about building it up in very thin layers, anything too thick will end up orange peely. You might be able to use a very fine wet and dry to take a bit of the lacquer then re-lacquer it.
-
Exactly. It looks ok to me though...
-
Good stuff! And yeah, best get those brakes done next! :)
-
I want to do this and I have a spare alarm fob for my autowatch alarm. I'm thinking I might be able to take the spare fob apart and some how fit it into the flip key (i.e. bodge it) so no programming is required... wha-d-ya-reckon?
-
That sounds like a very good price for guaranteed 350bhp don't you think? I guess it takes out some of the DIY 'fun' of it all but still...
-
My local ESSO was up to 104.9 recently on Supreme, dropped to 100.9 randomly the other day though. They bump up the prices for all the holiday makers...
-
Edited slightly but this made me laugh... I'll remember not to aproach your car in the carpark Nick!

True but if it were to happen to any of my fellow Corrado owners i'd say the outcome would be similar. The fact is though that my dent was caused by an unmanded trolley so the onus does fall more on Tesco rather than a random customer.
