lighter fuel on a cloth removes everything without tainting, and it evaporates virtualy straight away. i use it on the headlining, seats, and carpets........works a treat, Michael at m.j interiors gave me the tip. My interior doesn't have a single mark anywhere

It's called a beesting ariel, not corrado specific, same on lots of vw's. You can just buy the screw in ariel top - the base is about £70 from vw !! ,, the top is cheap enough from the dealers or ebay have a good selection (put beesting in)

Happened to me not long ago.i just opened and closed it about 30 times with the cental locking fob and it sorted itself out. Not had a prob since.

They said in there experience people tend to get pulled more if they have the D instead of GB.

Well said !......... I went for the GB over the D on the recommendation of dubmeister, i think it's a good choice. :thumb right:

Thats a mark of how nice a man he is doing the little jobs like mine. You don't have to be in his company very long to know he would help you with anything if he could.

35.5 MPG best and 120 is the highest i've seen the oil temp after a good ragging. 112 normal running temp.

I've had a rear G60 badge from trimsport for nearly 2 years but never bothered putting it on because its a different colour from the supercharged badge, the supercharged badges from trimsport are virtually orange, and the G60 a bright red so they never looked right together. I rang trimsport about the this issue and they said that the badges are rolled in a pigment which can be of all kinds of different shades with no obvious colour  . hmmm.... so i masked them up and sprayed them. i like the G60 badge colour which is very close to vw mars red, so done them both in that. Tornado red looks too dark for the rear badges in my opinion.

Hi All. I know a lot of you have sunroofs that don't work and would pay a fair price to have them fixed by a competent person. I have been speaking with Michael Pinnock of M.J Interiors in Shipley, Bradford. He says that he would be willing to fix this for members of the forum for £100. (This does not include the parts - which would have to be supplied by yourselves) He has fixed his own corrado sunroof and around ten others so I think he knows what he's doing by now :thumb right:. If you are interested then you can calll him directly on: 01274 533370. http://www.mjinteriors.co.uk Hope this can be of help!!.

Hi Neil, yes he does, He has a load of the stuff in his workshop loft.

Been up to bradford this morning to have a hole in my drivers seat sorted out. Pics below..... it's as new again now and well worth the 70 mile trip from Mansfield to have it fixed. Michael is a great bloke and nothing is to much bother. Took him about a hour to sew a new piece of fabric in and have it back in the car and charged me £45 which is great i think. I had the bolster cloth done a couple of years ago, that was a bit cheaper £20 as it requires no sewing work, don't worry if your bolster is kippered because he glues some new foam in place and covers it before the fabric goes on. Give him a ring if your not to far away and need similar work doing. I know he looks in on here from time to time as he loves corrado's. Michael Pinnock - 01274 533370.

You can only get the whole unit from the dealers. Yeah it's not a good feeling walking away from the stealers after giving them your hard earned cash.
-
Cheap enough from the dealers mate, I got one last year for about £8.50.

Mines off at the min, ready for getting some new stuff in, not noticed any difference to be honest, and you can still get the early 5 set from vw. Dynamat hoodliner looks very good but you cant get it in this country. http://www.outdoorbits.com these sell some decent stuff by the look of it.
