Hi all, I had some Fk ak supertech height adjustable coilovers fitted to my G60 nearly two years ago which cost me £330. The previous owner decided it would be a good idea to cut the original springs to lower ride height (:cuckoo:). Anyway i find these quite an harsh ride, has anyone got these on there car or had them on ? looking for something that is a better ride. Cheers Chris.

I've got felt nails if you go the felt route  :thumb right: .......dynamat extreme is the stuff pal, five times as efficient as the ordinary dynamat. I have a friend who raves about it.

wynns engine degreaser, brilliant stuff. the 3in1 stuff is a foam and goes all over the place.

I had mine fitted for £200, top job too....look for independent fitters in your local yellow pages, economy screens things like that. Most are bang on as they usualy get work by word of mouth. (Original screen too by the way)

Good news ! ! been to the dealers this morning already to buy a new probe and the guy says "14 months, hmm- thats still under warranty,we will get you a new one and fit it for you free. Wow top job. so in this case it payed to get the original vw part. 2 year warranty by the way.

Checked the lambda probe this morning with the volt meter and its not working, only had it in 14 months :( . The mpg on the mfa was on 15 constantly and the engine was ideling low so i knew there was something a miss. So another £68 up the swany for a new one from the stealers. the one thats in now is an original part by vw by the way, anybody else had one go in a short period of time :?: . I suppose it's just the way it goes, some cars can go donkeys years with the same one and and onother may need 3 or 4 in it's lifetime.

Nice one ! I still get that ear to ear smile every time i drive my G60 even after nearly three years. I love it to bits and will never sell it.

Hi all, Whats best to put on the battery terminals ? grease, copper grease or vaseline ? Cheers.

Yeah did mine yesterday, done in under 10 mins and thats with cleaning all the tank. although it does help to have a garage pit. cost £38.54 with discount, well worth doing.

Just pop your finger over the pipe when you pull it off the old one, and pop the new one straight on, done in seconds .
