new collies went on on sunday! The old AVO's were a bastard to get off!! The new stance... A little too low at the back... needs to go up half inch for it to sit nicely. It caught the rear arch driving so def needs to go up. I dont want to have to harden the ride any more, infact I want to soften it up a littls. The Weitecs are wound halfway in for the damping.. I'd like them only a quater of the way to stiff. Pleased with the ride though! No more clonking like the AVOs!!

Buy a black one, leave the bay and the inside of the car standard black and just respray the outside of the car. £2k should do for an outside colour swap. Green body with a black 'bay would be sweet! You could even leave the door and boot shuts black... maybe, maybe not..

Yeah I thoght it was good. It's better than Bug Jam. I always feel I'm about to be a victim of crime at bug jam. G60 chargers dont really like g40 engines. The engines rev too quickly for them. A nice Eaton M45 charger on one should see you over 180bhp!

Just buy any colour one and respray it. Who cares if it's 'factory' or not. I mean, my polo doesnt say g40 on the log book but that doesnt mean it aint a g40.... End of the day, if the car has kahki paint, then its a khaki rado.

Car looked good! I rode around the campsite a few times but couldnt see you anywhere! didnt get up until 1pm on monday so missed the show and shine! If you look in the top right hand corner of the last pic you posted you can see a Transit Luton. I was about 2ft infront of that as the tranny is my mates van!!

I've had far far too many incidents where peopl ehave tried to batter me. I think I just have one of them faces that people generally wanna smash in. I've had fists through my window in traffic. Had builders nearly drive me into underpasses in rush hour traffic, then get out and kick my car.... Blah blah blah getting kinda used to it now.

I dont like roof trim with the edge cut off... dosnt look quite right. Will be ordering new trim from the dealer soon along with all new side trims.. I got a quote, and all 6 pieces of side trim were £180 andf the roof trim was 40 odd quid each.... I may have to mug some old ladies for their pensions.

You get a 25mm rear bar and a 21 or 22mm front bar (can't remember off hand). The standard arrangements are an 18 or 19mm front bar and no bar at all at the rear, well, some useless rod welded inside the axle iron pretending to be an ARB. Being as the majority of the roll comes from the rear, that is the most important bar, hence it being the thickest one. The front one just completes the package but be warned, uprated front ARBs can induce understeer, which is why the Eibachs are best as their front bar is a sensible size. Personally I find rados drive and handle best with the standard front bar and a 25mm rear one. My mk2 Golf used to understeer really badly with a front bar. I'm just waiting for a dry weekend to fit all my new suspension. I've gone for OEM top mounts all round, OEM wishbones, OEM rear bushes, and Powerflex front bush set. Topped off nicely with Weitec coilovers.. Will be interesting to see how it drives.

It's in the sump. You'll probably need a new sump gasket, and maybe new bolts for the sump. I changed my bolts as the old wones were all rusty and looked pretty fuked.
