Bad news indeed jon :( sorry to see this, and after such a great day yesterday too! Kin typical. dont think they do the armour door plates for them either btw. Hope you get it sorted soon though. I know a very good/fast body shop if you need it doing soon but a bit of a trip from london.

That could lead to quite a debate. An interesting one to think about but there is not a chance as without forward motion there is no lift to push the wings up, and if it was pointed vertical instead the wings would probably just tear off.

NIIIICCCEEEEE! I do so like RX's and when i get bored of standard (yeah rite) these are what i'd choose. Will be a squeeze to get them all in with the seats down Fay but they will go with a little thinking about it
-

-
Pm me your addy mate and i'll send you some of my various ones FOC  but only if you join the CCGB lol!

Hi Chris, The dodo juice is a very popular range of hard and soft wax's which are used avidly by some serious show car owners like, Andy665 & Goldie to name a couple, do a search and i'm sure there will be a link somewhere to buy it from. HD-Cleanse is a product made by Zymol which is in my oppinion a truly stunning product and something i use too, as well as all other zymol stuff. As lee says its expensive but will last a very long time if used carefully Any questions on Zymol drop me a pm

They were a few bits where the paint was flaking off so rubbed down with wet and dry then a few coat's of the old plasti-kote to indeed keep the water out and dirt off, not that it'll see much dirt mind :nono: Debut should be at BVF

I hate it when people say things like that, it makes me :mad2: Its all down to the installation and set up, had mine 5 years with no false alarms in the middle of the night, no dodgy mysterious unlocking of itself, nothing. Fitted right and it will be good for a long time. Had clifford on both my Corrado's and the current one has been on for nine years totally reliable without any problems at all. :salute: was around £300 if i remember right and they still do one very similar priced.

Never said that mate, yeah i like mine as it was intended as there aint many with trctor tyre clearance around these days  I like modded cars too mate as the more i look and read about them the more interested(means confused) i get, i've never heard words like it before reading Crazy Daves and a few others threads  I reckon you are well chuffed with that and i bet it'll look like its just off the production line :salute:

KIPVW replied to Ralph Haslett's topic in Members Gallery
Very nice you made the purchase in the end Ralph, must have been the longest ever for sale thread  just in time for the summer too! (I HOPE) -
Cheers for that Dan, and will indeed be great to see you at the national day, hope you get the required bits sorted soon.
-

Well the guy at the body shop has managed to do the job without removing the window as he didn't need to go as far up as that, and i have to say after spending most of yesterday afternoon T/cutting it back and smoothing it out a little it looks pretty damn good so am rather pleased and i'm still amazed how quickly he turned it around for me  Inspections at stanford are welcome :D And only honest comments allowed :salute: Thanks for your help VR6/Exup will keep those in mind should there be a next time.

New girl, new C... Well that didn't go to plan :(
KIPVW replied to minili's topic in Members Gallery
I'm having my C' painted tonight so am preparing for a pants thursday too! :( hoping being so negative will make it good instead, good luck at the dentists you two :pale: -
Yup. Click on "Advanced search" Then type the words you want with a + in front like "+16v +better +than +vr6" in the box, click on search topics, not posts, and roberts your mothers brother. Lol! cheers farmer boy! Will second that mate, Ah well these things happen, at least if it is there we can play guess the painted panel as a party game! :)
-
Thanks for the links boys! just the job but i hope it doesn't have to come out really :| I can never find what i want when i do a search, is there a typing technique when searching or something?
-
I've had a little accident with the C' so it has gone to the body shop to try and sort it, but in order to do so we may need the rear side widow out :( to say this is bad timing is a chuffin understatement as its supposed to be in the Super Class event at stanford hall on sunday. Can anyone advise on removal and refitting the window in question? a pic or two would be good too please. I just want to cry right now and my girlies away in bristol for the night too so i'm sat here like a manic deppressive :( Kip.

Thought you could still get them from the dealers! but I may very well be wrong :ignore:
