  1. Jay2- thats one thing thats ALWAYS put me off Button, it always seems that the money is more important to him then the racing. Im under the impression he only stayed at Honda so long because as you say he was one of the highest paid drivers. Joe- The Massa/Alonso line up at Ferrari will be hard to beat imo, that is if Ferrari put together a good car. Would be really good to see them go against Hamilton/Button or Hamilton/Raikkonen. I also think Rosberg and Heidfeld could do well at Brawn. I wonder if anyone has their eye on Kobuyashi (spell)?
  2. Yup, bought a G60 which was solid mechanically. But the body work could have done with a little TLC. Me thinking it wouldnt take too much time nor money to put right, bought the car. Then, as James said, i started to notice other bits of body work needed more then a little bit of attention. Not sure if it was a blessing or a curse that someone decided to pull out in front of me and it was written off and i was payed out.
  3. 8) really cool vids there! Who was it that spun on the first vid - sherry and grey rados? Nice 1 on 1 race there, some lovely moves down the inside Mr Yan! 8) Swift pulled it back on the straights though. More vids would be good... :D Im a little jealous :(
  4. I was also a little disappointed as well. I wish they would get rid of that damn star in the car b0ll0x.
  5. No, it will connect straight to your OEM CAT. The Raceland Manifolds are good, esp for the money btw.
  6. I've fitted a Raceland manifold on my VR, the only thing i really notice is the throttle response being a bit sharper, maybe just possibly, slightly more torque down the low revs. Not much though.
  7. Just a hammer should do it :D But seriously, great idea Tom. Nothing worse then taking apart a bit of your car to find out you need another tool. Then having to put it all back together to go buy it :thumbleft:
  8. Looks a nice example either way though.
  9. Cheers Bob, so the pressure washer will clear the sides out?
  10. Aftermarket lights are known to do this. Mine have sh!t growing around the edges inside. Can the lights be split?
  11. I was thinking the same thing the other day, how long has the latest Xbox got before another system comes out  Can be much longer.
  12. oh and Mic, get a PS3  No, seriously. Just make a choice and stick with it as the Xbox vs PS3 could go on as long as the G60 vs VR6 debate.
  13. Depends what you want really, if you are only buying a console to play racing games with an view to playing either a Forza or GT style game (and some people do) then the PS3 release title that is GT5 is a little late. On a random note GT5 is now the second most expensive game in history in terms of production coming in at $60 million, the most expensive was GTIV at $100 million. When you consider GTIV was in development for less time and is a cross platform game the odds on Sony recouping that $60 million from GT5 alone are slim, although they do/should now have an engine in place for GT 6. Too true. To be honest, to begin with, i wanted a PS3 purely to play GT5 - ive always been a PC gamer. But seeing other releases that also looked good, i started to play other titles and have actually become less enthusiasist towards the release of GT5, it could even turn into an anti climax, they've dragged it on that long  but doesnt bother me because im enjoying playing other titles.
  14. If you're doubting it from the beginning mate, its best to walk away. Would you want to risk it for the sake of a quick sale, regardless if you need the cash or not - plus you could end up with worthless bank notes. As said there will be others wanting to buy it, you'll just have to wait a little longer thats all.
  15. HEY HEY! How dare you call Sony liars, when they said months away they were telling the truth.... 36 months. Well i've always been a fan of the GT series and i'll still have my PS when/if it does get released, so i'll pick it up whenever it does come out. Na bother if it doesnt cos there's other great titles to play. :D
  16. Indeed, that panel in the vid was flexing when he was wiping it clean.
  17. It's a proper recaro racing chair with speakers built in... racing peddals... a gear stick that changes depending on what ur using (auto, semi auto, sequential or manual with clutch) which is quite cool... some crazy force feedback from the steering wheel... you can change the stiffness of the peddals too... it does feel quite realistic i must admit... thing is tho, the missus moved out shortly after the chair moved in...[/quote:3a41ffoz] Ah sorry thought you meant just a gaming chair. Didnt realise you meant with a steering wheel, pedals and gear stick. I'd love one of them, no where to put one though.
  18. £600 for a chair though :gag: What does the chair do then?
  19. I get this, does it mean my injectors need changing at all?
  20. Ah ok, if its normal i wont think no more about it
  21. Wont you also lose engine braking also? Which could be unsafe.
  22. Yes, look down the side of the drivers suspension turrent, back left of the engine, below the air intake pipe. Thats where the lambda connects to the engine ecu loom. Its been know for wires to be found broken down there, happened to me and a few others.
  23. Indeed, Forza 4 will be out by the time GT5 comes out! :mad2: GT5 better be something special (the prologue seems good), infact it better be another level compared to Forza 3 (or 4  ) by the time it comes out... got to justify the time being taken to develop it.
