    I use a company called Mail boxes http://www.mbe.uk.com Tel 02070339992 or 07880742553 I've sent 3 sets of wheels next day delivery for 45 pounds anywhere in the UK Vary reliable,never let me down.I've sent all wheels at one but labelled up separately(you couldn't pick up all four at once!) Don't tell them there are tyres on if they ask.They charge a bit more and the driver is not bothered if there is tyres on or not.

    Ive got a sh*tron 1.1 forte! dont forget forte ! paid 150 quid with 11 months t&t. Its cheap to insure just 200 for the year.

    Is your Intercooler functional? Looks like the charger is plumbed directly to the Throttle body

    Best getting a custom remap for best results.Plug and pray chips dont work as well as you hope !

    So does the engine start then the starter makes noise? Or does it not catch at all. Check starter connections,slacken them off clean and retighten.Also remove the starter and lubricate the bush that slides into the bellhousing.

    Didn't think that one in the clip was impressive and it was chuffing out all sorts from the rear !

    Remove the wiper linkage and the shafts are pressed into the frame,drill out the alloy to remove the shafts(you will know what I mean when you see this) Then when fitting the new shafts I used a hydraulic press to compress the alloy on the wipershaft to frame.Giving an OEM look. Using a drift and hammer will make a mess of it,I would suggest using a vice as a press.

    It will be some time before I can afford to get this done :( saving to buy my first house ! But unlike everybody else im not selling the car to fund it. So everything the raddo gets done is strictly monitored :lcop:

    Decided the horrible cream carpet had to go ..So i replaced it with a black one and IMO looks 8) also put the passat handles on. Going to get the front seats Connollised when funds allow. Getting there :wink:

    You have to see a light emitting from the side visible from the front or rear. Doesn't need to have a lens just blink orange. Just a random glow under your arch wont do,it will look like your side repeater fell inside the wing! Why not put a few small LED's in the wing mirror??
