I got my old corrado resprayed a darker(but nicer) green cos i mixed up the U and V .. :roll: :lol:

The U and V on the stickers look very similar due to the print.. :wink:

Are you sure about that Colour? as i dont think its stardard Ive added a Colour Guid for all corrados

you cant overide the spolier once its hit its target speed,but why would you want to?

Yes, as you lower the car the compensator rod will be pulled down opening up the compensator valve, slacken the bolt in the slot groove on the axel and move it up to close the valve. I did this and the brake results was, before 25% rear brake efficiency and after the brakes were 16% Still after all that and giving the car some hamer the back end can still feel loose under heavy braking but much improved 8)

You don’t want or need larger brakes on the rear, they will cause the rear end to step-out under hard braking, many peeps on here lower there cars and don’t adjust the rear compensator to suit causing too much rear end braking and a lot of crashes are caused by this... The standard ones are fine.

The input shaft of the box on the 8v has less splines as well so the 8v runs a smaller diameter clutch and could slip with the extra power of the 16v.

Don't most early VW's come with waxoil already applied,as most vag cars ive had has always been coated inside and out with the stuff
