Im a tester and you will fail on no side repeaters. If you drive about without them with no warning to other road users then you will love your insurance company because they can screw you over for not having them fitted when somebody rams into the side of you. The MOT tester can also have his mot licence removed when you said "ive just had it tested !" They are there for a good cause, why remove them for looks when it will be the side of your car that ends up Fu*ked. My rant ...over  If you remove the windscreen, wipers and washers...you can pass it !! Remove all the day lights...you can pass it and advise on only to be driven in the daylight ! and on and on..........stupid ...I know

take out your starter and grease the shaft on the end of the gear(the end that will slot into the box). This bush runs dry and causes that odd noise just as starter slows down to a stop.
-
Ah...yes they are a pain.but if you took out your axel and went to a garage it would cost you next to nothing for them to burn out the old bushes. Then its easy after that.
-
I would just leave the rear ones in as if they are purple they will be uprated ones, still worth doing the front.
-
Its not a bad job, just getting out the old ones are a pain without a good hamer and the new powerflex ones push in by hand.
-
I've got powerflex kit all round in my VR and its solid on the road but opinions vary but most say use poweflex in front and new OEM in the rear. What colour are the ones in your rear axel? Oh and welcome to the CF

Supercharged, thanks for that, did find some usefull info off RW1 going on about"baud rates" and its worked.

What I've read here is that 2 litre 16 valves can only have there ABS codes read? When I've used vag com, nothing happens but reads ABS codes. So this is true. But when I used a Snap on automotive scanner it reads the codes from the Engine ECU. Is this a problem with VAG com ? Ive used my 2x2 connector on my VR and all works so i know its not software or hardware fault.

Its just the plastic inner arch and wont do much like it is,but I would treat the bear steel as rust would set in.It might be worth getting your arches rolled to avoid such further problems.

Looks like Durham Cathedral?

Not much left of that then :? At least the charger looks intact.

If you had some spare hydraulics it might be worth changing them on that pot.or swap them with another pot but that to much pissing about. -
Nice looking.Whats the engine mods?
-
Sell the missus, fund the VW !!

That's true ,but not by much,my four branch was bent already and fitted no problems,my mates ABF lump we modified the back engine mount to sit motor lower. Its all worth while as the torque gains are impressive.
-
You will have clearance problems using ABF block with KR manifold(that's in a golf),but a raddo has larger bonnet clearance so shouldn't be a problem

Welcome to the forum,im sure the G-ladder peeps will help you out on this one.
