Hi :) Couple of theoretical questions for the engineers please..... 1. If you were to install an engine behind the front seats in a rado, say a nice 3 or 3.2 litre V6 for example, would it be sitting a lot higher than the front original position? Or do you cut a hole in the rear floor or something? 2. IF it sits higher, how do you compensate for the raised centre of gravity? 3. As it would be single engined (nowt up front) would that take the weight distribution too far into rear weight bias?

It's bloomin orrible mate. Talking of north londinium, I was at a job in hackney the other day. Big council/housing association blocks of flats. Some high-rise. Some just a few floors. Not exactly lovely. There is a run of 3 bed 1980s council terraces at one edge of the estate - one (an ex right-to-buyer) recently sold for 800 grand!!! :shock:

I put a brand new VAG VR engine in mine a while back. Sourced it cheap via ebay though, as a seperate head and bottom end. Still in VAG box! :) who was selling it Will? that must have been like a one in a million chance right?! :) Some dude up north mate. Mr Stanley 24v picked it up for me which was very kind :) It's now in JayGT's rado with about 10k miles on it. It was supposedly the last in a batch of brand new factory engines. I haven't seen one since.

I'm one of those pr*cks that drives in the outside lane all the time :) I just make sure that I'm going faster than anyone behind me. Simple. Causes no grief. And I'm very observant and pretty considerate too. I look out for situations constantly, and slow down/speed up to let others in/get out the way :)
