Well assuming spacers will have the same affect as increased ET/offset, in my experience you'll loose a touch of agility, but gain some stability in the corners.

Yeah the one on that engine you bought from the REALLY COOL bloke is a bit ropey too mate. Powder coating is the way forward i reckon.

To be honest I think being 158 years old and only 4 feet tall (old gits around here) has more of a detrimental effect on driving than reading a map/smoking a fag/etc.
