Hmm I smell worms from that there open can!
-
I'm well tempted by a set of these can you post up picks of what they look like fitted? Nick Would if this P.O.S work Laptop accepted Nokia software! :bad-words: PM me your mobile and I can do it that way! Oh and another advantage Nick is that I can go back to "Air-cooled" style window demisting in the rain! :norty:
-
Laminex is the easiest way to go! Just recieved my smoked ones from BigTartanJudge and will be fittting to my spare set of rears this weekend, hopefully!
-
Well just solved the window/water issue! Heko wind deflectors just arrived from Germany, literally 2 minute fit! Only £25 too! And I can smoke when it's raining too as they have cut-outs by the mirrors!

Also what to do on the rears? As Jim said just swap the rear hubs/carrier assembly?
-
Was using their enquries form on the website but it keeps asking me to enter my e-mail address even though it's filled in! :| Nowt urgent just need some advice on something so don't want to call him away from "work"...

Issues with not being able to polish the plastic caps too! ;)
-
Checked the flow through the Water/oil cooler (where the Oil filter goes IIRC)? Assume you have enough oil and the correct grade in there as well? Where does the water temp get to?
-
Wash your mouth out young man! Well it's not really a "mod" as such, swapping parts as opposed to welding new mounts! If any-one would like to confirm or deny this please?
-
Some-one once told me the Golf-4 GTDi 130 six speed fits Rados with no mods... but they might have been mis-informed?
-
Hmm... Anyway round the Cam/Cat/Lambda issue? Apart from not putting "lumpy" cams in it?
-
Can any-one give me Stealth's e-mail as their web-site based one doesn't seem to be working at the moment! Cheers!

PMSL Can't beat German Logic!

Struan aka BigTartanJudge great to deal with and fully communicative (even offshore!) Bits sent asap and really well pacakaged! Will deal with again (but not for your BBS I'm afraid mate! )

LInky to KR cam e-bay chip thread!

9a's are ke-JET, but I'm fairly sure they can't really be re-mapped as they just adjust the timing via knock sensors..

Repect... But an all American Lambo?  -
PMSL Same with Mine as well! Am going to sneak next door one day and "Detail" a small patch in the middle of his Fiesta's bonnet! Vag-Hag, I've just bought some door "wind deflectors" from Germany, to try and stop this, let you know how they go! Plus it hopefully means that I can also drive with the winows cracked open in the rain and not mist up so badly! (as I used to with opening 1/4lights on the Air-cooleds!) I find best way to stop the "drips" is to dry the car then drive it forwards and backwards about 10 ft, brake hard and all the water falls out! However if I ever find out which "Helmut" designed the early door cards so the roof drips fall exactly on the window and mirror switches! :bad-words:

Dropped to 97.9p now! I'm really going to have to get a few Late night laps of the "Ring" in to burn off this tank of £1.08 Tesco's 99ron so I can get the "sale price" Petrol! (following "Bird-logic" on sales that is! )
-
TBH You'd need a second connector on the resistor in the tank which makes a circuit once the float's gone past a certain point...
